Stop giving this store a chance, they just can’t figure it out over a span of several years. Orders are frequently wrong. The parking lot is sometimes 8-10 cars deep with people waiting for food from the drive thru. They keep taking orders and make you park on the side. I come back after about a year to see if maybe there has been a management change, but no. Go somewhere else, trust me.

Ordered 6pc chicken + 6pc tender meal, with Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy….well didnt get my 6pc tenders, nor did I get the gravy for my mashed potatoes. The chicken we did get was old, dry and nasty. Oh, and don’t bother trying to call the store, they answered my call and hung up…tried calling back for 30 minutes straight and the line stayed busy. Luckily, I got on the app and chatted with customer service who gave me a partial refund.

We ordered the new honey barbecue sandwiches tonight with potatoe wedges and a lady came out and told us she made sure everything was accurate with our order and said she also prepared it for us. It was the best meal we’ve taken home from a KFC location! Thank you for the awesome experience!

The missing star is mostly for corporate, who needs to do something about how janky and rundown the exterior looks. The food is always good and prepared to order, and I’ve never had an issue with the staff. We only ever order drive-thru or mobile, so no clue what the inside is like.

The worst experience ever truly a waste of 40.it took 25 minutes to get our order the good was burnt and tasted terrible they were 6 employees and they All were incompetent.a piece chicken was left in the fryer and instead of fixing the problem they continued to fry food in it the original chicken looked like Cajun chicken it was tough to chew. They forgot about our order I had to remind them to make the order and stand at the counter to make sure they did it will never return to this kfc ever again. It’s obviously mistreatment of customers

KFC is no longer the place some of us grew up with. The service at various locations is great, but the chicken, specifically the original recipe is either unavailable or so UNDER cooked, you end up throwing it away. Should I see glops of doughy flour throughout the skin. Didn’t use to. Very disappointed. If I have to wait for original recipe, I would much rather get a cooked product.

Stopped in today for lunch, ordered the old honey bbq tender meal since it’s back now. They need to immediately discontinue it again if that’s the best they can do, the tenders that I got in my box did not resemble the ones on the menu in the slightest, tough and chewy absolutely horrible, the only thing edible from the meal was the biscuit and the potato wedges, and had to pull forward and wait over 10 mins for the wedges to cook.
