I just left this location and I was very disappointed. While waiting for my order, I saw an employee handling my wings with bare hands, no gloves, and then touching trash and other surfaces before returning to food prep—all without sanitizing. I reported it to the assistant manager, who remade the order, but the same employee kept working unsanitarily. The lack of food safety practices here is shocking, and this needs to be addressed immediately. If a health inspection happened, this location could be shut down. I hope management takes this seriously. She will be the downfall of this business if the health department were ever to walk-in. Management needs to host food safety training to all employees at this location as none of the workers were wearing gloves.

I have to write this review due to food safety and sanitation concerns in this store. I had a terrible stomach experience within 30 mins of eating your flatbread pizza for lunch. I soon realized the some of the meat was undercook and the dough in the middle was rare. I hate the portions from the outside towards the middle and had to discard this raw portions. I recall your store associate saying they “hate making flatbread dough” by hand. I thought she was joking , but I had already ordered and paid. Nevertheless, raw or undercooked food is a serious health concern. I also witnessed a guy making pizzas without gloves on as I stood in the lobby for over 20 mins. I saw a cashier come from the back with the gloves on and ring up orders on the register, take payments and then return to the back with the same gloves on. I have patronized this business for over a decade, but after this experience it is my last time. Days later, I stopped by to share my experience with your assistant ( my receipt in hand) she just laughed it off and said “Oh, they are sending us a new machine to press the dough .”

I’ve given this Pizza Hut multiple chances, but the last several orders have been incorrect. The order details are typed out clearly, so there’s no reason they should repeatedly be overlooked. It’s frustrating because it comes across as a lack of basic reading comprehension and attention to detail. I’m always told “we’re training new people,” but that excuse is used every single time, and the mistakes never stop. I hope upper management steps in because this is a recurring issue and it needs to be fixed.

I would love to highlight the customer Service at Mableton Pizza Hut . In the last 3 months I have witnessed change in the atmosphere and all around appearance of the store . Wait times are shorter and my pizzas pastas and wings are always fresh and hand given with a smile ! Great Job NAUDIA on changing the perception I had before !

Ordered online and when to pick it up, the older woman Connie working there was absolutely horrible and should not even be dealing with customers at all, as soon as I walked in she walked in to the back, I was in there for at least 3 is 4 mins before she came back now there was me and a customer that came after me so she starts taking care of me asks my name then asked the. Neat person their name and takes care of them then had to come back and ask my name again then she seen my food was ready charged me gave me a receipt then when she went to get my food she then started taking care of other customers who just came in, the disappeared to the back again, my food was sitting in that warmer the whole time. (that dose not even seem to work as pizza was cold and stale looking already) My ready clock still had 12 mins when I walked in and it ran out a while before I finally got my food with I had to ask the guy making the pizzas to get it for me, then Connie could seem to care less and when I said I was going to complain and put reviews she smiles and says please do. So I will.

The shift manager today was so helping and organized and gave great customer service. I asked her if she was the GM because she gave off that vibe. Whoever the GM is I’m a GM myself and I would definitely love her as my assistant!
