Miss the old ambiance but still a nice place to come to and sit down for a delicious dinner. Fresh ingredients and their specials never dissapoint. I’m glad they didn’t change the menu much from the original owners and the quallity of the dishes and their recipes are still delicious. New owner did her best to uphold the standards and we never had a bad meal there yet

I’m being fair and reasonable and certainly generous by giving an overall 4 stars. Mainly I am impressed that management has acknowledged the many poor reviews and are moving towards correcting all deficiencies.

As Dino Dadino notes in his Yelp review the original owner passed away in a heartbreaking accident during the COVID epidemic but not related to COVID. His wife took over and did a yeoman’s job in trying to make a go. But as most eateries went done the tubes from COVID she sold to new owners.

We had several bad experiences but when we saw “Bella Rosa” in place of “Zio’s Tuscan Grille” we figured ownership changed hands again. But no, it’s part of a management and reorganization plan that merits praise.

We figured let’s stay and give it a try. The litmus test of an Italian restaurant is the Pescatore. So I got the white, the wife the red.

First, let’s start with the bread basket, or should I say plate. Two garlic knots and two pieces of Italian bread. My suggestion; go back to the original Zio’s offering. It was unique and delicious!

My wife ordered from the menu the Pescatore with Marinara sauce. She got Fra Diablo and it was too spicy.

I got the white wine lemon with garlic sauce and it still is missing something from the old days. No garlic was detected and still somewhat bland. Try to get that old recipe back!

We were both impressed with the presentation! The chef is to be commended for meticulous placement of the succulent mussels, ample little necks and tasty scallops and calamari. I got 2 shrimp and the wife 3.

We both requested linguine but got spaghetti. No big deal. It was fine.

Her soup was salty and not finished. My salad with balsamic vinaigrette was above average but I notice it is a victim of shrinkflation from days of old.

These seafood extravaganzas will set you back $33 and the bill came to $81 with no apps or deserts.

We’re not going to rush back but it’s so darn close to the homestead I may put it on the docket for the summer of ‘25

Called in to order a chicken Caesar salad. Asked for addressing on a side once I got back in the vehicle I noticed that the salad is already soaked in a dressing. Opened up the salad to notice the chicken super super cold like a leftover. No stencils to eat it with or anything. For paying just about $20 dollars which isn’t no money but to get this in this condition is just ridiculous. Note to self this is my last time ever doing business here. You people need to do better. When Zios owned it chicken was hot/warm off the grill and you could taste it, but not now unfortunately.

I ordered delivery from Bella Rosa in Cinnaminson and was really impressed! The food arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor — you can tell they use quality ingredients. Everything was packaged perfectly so nothing spilled or got soggy. The delivery was quick and right on time, and the driver was super polite. It’s rare to get such consistent quality from delivery, but Bella Rosa absolutely nails it. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious Italian food without leaving home!

My sister and I were looking for another place to lunch while meeting in this area. She originally recommended another nearby Italian restaurant, but I found their options limited and pricey. That brought us to Zio’s Italian Grille. When we pulled into the parking lot it appeared dark inside and you couldn’t tell their indoor dining was open. Walking inside it was amply lit and the smell of the Italian food was wonderful. We were promptly greeted and seated. They practice social distancing and masks are required when not seated. Paper menus are provided for you to keep which has a large variety of food to choose from, sure to please anyone in your group. We both opted for the personal thin crust brick oven pizzas which were large enough had we wanted to share. I would say these were man sized personal. Prices are reasonable. Service was great. We can’t wait to go back and try other things on their menu. If your in the area they do provide curbside pickup.

Fantastic NJ Italian bistro! Never had a bad meal here. The menu offers a diverse set of options from pizza, salads, sandwiches, pasta, calzone, chicken entrees, etc. Steak salad was excellent. Well-cooked tenderloin with gorgonzola, red onion, and hearty tomatoes. Seating area is clean and organized. Love this place. Dine in or take it to go!

This Italian restaurant was so so good! There food was on point and was the best I’ve tasted. I mean the sauce in the shrimp linguini was so different and delicious. They even had fried calamari which I’m not to into but I tried it and it tasted pretty good . Then to top it off they even supplied us with a plate of garlic bread knots and 2 other types one had onions baked in with cheese and had a buttery crunch. Perfection!

Please stop here if you’re ever near Prussia, PA! Stop by Cinnaminson,NJ And big ups to the waitress “Margo “she was kind and loving.
