Lively, loud, great food, stellar service. Le Âme Parisian is such a fun restaurant. The escargot was especially nice. Ditto the duck spring rolls. Matter 9fnfact, 3very5hing was remarkable.

Jose was our waiter for the evening and he was flawless. Attentive, knowledgeable, unobtrusive. A true gem.

It took us more than a while to get seated despite our reservation and the initial seats were just plain awful hut we were soon relocated. Relief! Barring that, it was a good date night and I would recommend. Do bear in mind that this is a rather expensive restaurant so come packing.

Can’t say enough good things! The staff was incredible: attentive and friendly. Food was immaculate. We were fortunate enough to have a seat facing the kitchen and even the line was professional and on point. Here are pics of practically all our food bc I was determined to leave a good review after this experience.

Located inside the Global Ambassador if looking for the best food at an unbelievable price Le Ame is the place by far the most superior dining experience in Phoenix so far, from the waitstaff to the management to hostesses and best of all chefs outstanding job this team is the top of the game. Thanks for one of the best dining experiences we have had here in Phoenix. We are from here and can’t believe we haven’t heard of this place sooner and hopefully this review will assist in getting the word out. OUT OF THIS WORLD simply said price, quality of food the total package. And the AGM stopped by to check on us and the GM was non stop checking on patrons as well as staff.

I’m a little bummed because I went here to celebrate my birthday lunch,
and while the food was great, the service was uneven. I made a reservation for 12:15 and we arrived at about 12:20 and they had us wait about 5 minutes in the lobby bc our table wasn’t ready yet. Not a great first impression. I did like the nice touch of a handwritten birthday card. Our server was extremely friendly and mesmerizingly handsome. He recommended dishes to us, the food came out promptly and everything was delicious. All was good up until when we got the dessert menu. We ordered the date cake and 2 macchiatos. The cake arrived, we started eating it (absolutely delicious- tastes like autumn) and by the time there was one bite left, we realized we didn’t get our macchiatos. So we stopped eating and waited for several more minutes. Finally they arrived and our server apologized that the barista fell behind. However, they were lukewarm.. He was handling lots of tables and schmoozing with all of them and I think he just fell behind because of it. Also, I was not given a complimentary dessert with a candle; I saw him bring that to other birthday parties in the restaurant. I felt a little overlooked because of that. So overall the service was uneven and that tarnished my experience. But the food was very delicious, albeit quite pricey. I’d go back if I was craving French onion soup; it was outstanding. Also that salmon was perfectly cooked, extremely fresh and had an amazing sauce with balanced flavors.

Le Âme at The Global Ambassador: A Parisian Culinary Gem in Phoenix

From the moment you step into Le Âme, nestled within the heart of The Global Ambassador hotel, you’re swept into a world where Parisian elegance meets modern culinary artistry. By day, it’s a charming bistro bathed in natural light; by night, it transforms into a moody, romantic steakhouse that whispers of old-world charm and contemporary sophistication.

The menu is a masterclass in French cuisine, offering beloved classics like Steak Frites and French Onion Soup alongside inventive dishes such as Tuna Carpaccio and a refined Onion Dip with Potato Chips. Each plate is elevated by a wine list curated by the hotel’s master sommelier—an offering so exceptional it earned the Wine Spectator Best Award of Excellence. The cocktail program mirrors this excellence, with ingredients as beautiful as they are bold.

But what truly sets Le Âme apart is its people. The staff’s attentiveness is unmatched—gracious, intuitive, and always present without being intrusive. Every detail, from the pacing of the meal to the warmth of the welcome, is handled with care and precision.

And then there’s Chef Robin.

Chef Robin is the heartbeat of Le Âme. Their culinary vision is evident in every bite, blending tradition with innovation in a way that feels both nostalgic and thrilling. Watching Chef Robin work is like witnessing a symphony—each dish composed with passion, precision, and a deep respect for flavor. Their presence in the kitchen elevates the entire experience, turning a meal into a memory.

Whether you’re indulging in a leisurely brunch or savoring a candlelit dinner, Le Âme delivers more than just a meal—it offers a moment of transport, a taste of Paris, and a celebration of culinary excellence.

Our waiter was great. He answered any questions we had about the menu. He was friendly, courteous, and always kept our glasses filled. He checked on us frequently. The servers were great, as well. The food was good. The chicken was moist and flavorful and the steak frites reminded me of my meal in Paris. Our waiter took the liberty to send out a complimentary birthday dessert, which was going above and beyond. I ordered a French 75, which was delicious. The crème brulee was amazing. Overall, we had a great experience.

This is definitely not worth the hype you see on tiktok. Went for breakfast ordered the Pancrepes & Avocado Toast, tell me who burnt both of them and they brought it out to us. They did a good job visually covering the burnt sides for presentation but you can taste the bitterness. Their coffees are yuck! The outdoor seating is average enjoyed the beautiful Arizonan sunshine. Definitely will not be back. Also, in order to be seated through main entrance you have to walk past the coffee bar towards the middle of the restaurant to find the hostess.

We celebrated my best friend’s birthday at Le Âme on Saturday, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

Upon being seated, the hostess presented us with a handwritten card from the Le Âme team wishing my best friend a happy birthday. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that truly set the tone for the evening.

The patio ambiance was stunning, especially for this time of year, creating an elegant and inviting atmosphere.

Our server Jenifer was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She recommended the Truffle Brie Baguette to start, which was absolutely delicious. For entrées, we enjoyed the salmon with sweet potatoes, a beautifully prepared and flavorful dish. To top off the celebration, they surprised us with a birthday crème brûlée, which was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal.

The General Manager, Brandt, also took the time to personally check in and ensure my best friend was having a memorable evening, which we greatly appreciated.

Overall, I would rate Le Âme an A+++++!

Thank you to the entire team for making my best friend’s birthday so special—it was truly a night to remember. ❤️

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m genuinely confused by all these 5-star ratings. Picked this place for my birthday dinner based on the glowing reviews.
Our table wasn’t ready when we arrived, pushing back our 8:15 reservation by another 20 minutes. Seemed fine at the time. Once seated, it took forever for our server to come over, then literally 30 minutes just to get our bottle of wine. The server was kind of cold and off putting, and our entrees didn’t come out until well after 10pm.
Almost two hours of sitting there starving. We were about ready to walk out. Honestly, I could’ve forgiven the wait if the food had been incredible, but after that longgg buildup everything was just bland. Really bland. I love French food and was so excited, but nothing had any flavor. The filet was fine but it’s a filet, you know? Everything else was forgettable.
They comped our entrees because of the wait, which was commendable, but we’re used to great service at these prices. It was still super pricey and my birthday dinner became a disappointment.
At no point did they offer us anything from the kitchen to hold us over, another glass of wine, or even an explanation of what was taking so long.
Super surprised as Ive heard nothing but good things about this place.
The only positive is the ambiance, it really did feel like we were in France. Beautiful space. Just wish everything else matched it.
Maybe it was an off night? But I definitely can’t recommend based on our experience, ESPECIALLY if its for a special occasion.
