A must try for Italian ice! We visited late afternoon and there was a line, but what we noticed was superb customer service. Every employee didn’t rush any patron and made sure that they tried some samples of the various flavors. We were assisted by Priscilla and she offered us a sample that tasted just like a Duvalin! The prices are good considering the quality of the treats. I can’t wait to visit again.

This was my first time at Frostbites, when I walked in, I was greeted by the very friendly staff. Ari was the young lady that served us, she was so sweet and so helpful when explaining how to order. She took her time to explain the process and mix samples together for me, she asked me questions to understand the flavors I like and created a few tasty masterpieces for me to choose. I would’ve never mixed the flavors the way she did! I ended up getting something that tasted like a Girl Scout cookie. I meant to take a picture of it, but I ate it too quickly

This place is always packed whenever i drove by the complex, decided to try today since they seems to have cheap ice cream and crepe. Pretty delicious but standard, nothing stand out. I ordered the crepe w banana and nutella came out to about ~9 and my friends sundae was like 10ish for a large cup. Might be a bit steep for the sundae price but the crepe are okay for the size and the topping you get.
There r quite a wait on weeknight cuz there were only 3 employees on shift serving a long line. But they were nice and accommodating.

Came here recently and was looking for a dessert place. Had good reviews and was opened late. I came it was busy. Ok a good sign.
The problem was a couple in front of me and myself only wanted crepes. Unfortunately we had two sets of parties of each about 8 people (16 total) trying out different flavors.
This took 20-25 mins line. There needs to be a kiosk or different line just for crepes. Yes I understand some people want both ok they stay in the main line.
It took another 20 mins to have to made as there was a few people in front of me (pre order online and the couple in front of me). They were annoyed as well.
The crepes were average to say the least. One star was for the workers they were working hard and trying their best. Whoever the owner or manager they need to fix this. Not the staff telling us afterwards to order online first to save time.
I will not be back.

Stop by for some ice-cream after going to the bar next door. There were lots of parking spaces when I was there. Parking was not an issue. This place is popular, and there was a line when I got here. Servers were very friendly and patient. She offered me samples, and she showed me her personal favorite. I picked her ideas and got mango, passion fruit, with vanilla ice-cream, and coffee, taro, and chocolate ice-cream. Both of the combinations were delicious. Small portion filled us up! Price is reasonable. Server offered us stamp card for future rewards. Will come back again.

Visited the store at the last 20 min of closing, the staff were sweet and didn’t rush us. I tried the samples for Horchata and strawberry passionfruit sorbet.
I decided to order a small sorbet creme with strawberry passionfruit and vanilla swirl.
Loved the sorbet texture and the mild flavour. It really liked almost like a fruit.
Would recommend trying other flavours.

Makayla was amazing! She was super friendly and patient while helping me choose what to get. The ice cream was delicious, and she made the whole experience even better with her great attitude and smile. You can tell she really cares about making customers happy. Definitely coming back because of her!

Dessert here is always a treat. Line van move slowly but when it’s your turn you’ll understand why. Each employee is giving you their utmost attention to make sure you get the best dessert for that night.

Came here late one night with family and friends. The employees were professional and very helpful. They had good suggestions and gave out samples. We would recommend trying out a few of their ideas first before deciding. I was torn between have the ice cream layers or not. In the end, I was very glad I went with have vanilla layers. It added a nice contrast in textures as I progressed through this icy treat. Hope to come back some day. We highly recommend this place.
