Hello! India is singlehandedly the best Indian food experience I’ve had in my 3+ years living out here in Washington. After one visit & enjoying their Malabar fish curry, my partner and I returned the following weekend with the rest of the family. Their selections of American-friendly entrées (butter chicken, tikka masala) and traditional dishes (mutton Roghan Josh) struck a perfect balance of spice and flavor for us. The highlight of their menu is definitely their biryani section, specifically their 65 chicken biryani which has an incredible curry coating that is now my favorite rendition of the dish. My only critique would be that their spiciness seemed to be inconsistent, as both entrées I’ve ordered as spicy on my separate visits were less spicy than some other dishes we ordered as mild (i.e. lamb tikka masala, butter chicken). An attentive and kind wait staff make this small restaurant a place both Indian families and food enthusiasts seem to love in the Everett area. Now, we do too!

Hello India catered our daughter’s first birthday, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. I am a foodie and I am super particular about what I eat and what I serve in the parties I host. Prashant (owner) was super helpful in curating a menu to match my preferences and made sure every single item was absolutely delicious. The Curry leaf chicken was one of the best chicken appetizers I’ve had. And the gongura mutton biryani, though many restaurants offer it, was amazingly flavorful and was the party favourite. Last but not the least, the food was super affordable for the quality and quantity they have provided. Hands down one of the best restaurants in the Seattle area which provides unique flavors.

Dinner with my family – we ordered 8 dishes. Wait time was minimal, server was kind, and everything was incredible. The chicken Biryani was the most liked at the table.
Adding this place to the restaurant rotation 🙂

I visited Hello! India last weekend and had a good experience. The atmosphere was cozy,
lively, modern with good decorations. The staff was attentive, polite but some of the staff denied giving us extra Chana that we asked to bring with Chole Bhature. I ordered Chole Bhature, Chili chicken, butter paneer and naan
which was good in quantity except chana . The portion size was good as well for the price and the price was reasonable as well. The seating was comfortable, spacious and the ambiance was enhanced by decor. Parking was a little difficult but the wait time was not too long. I’d recommend
this place for families, casual dinners.

We ordered catering from Hello India for our baby shower of 60 guests, and we couldn’t be happier. They helped us design the perfect menu for our crowd, and the food was absolutely delicious. We picked up the food ourselves; it was packed perfectly and traveled well. The taste was spot on. We will definitely order again.. Highly recommend!

The food at Vasudha One Sports Day, catered by Hello India and sponsored by Remit2any, was truly memorable and added so much warmth to the event.
☀️ Breakfast – We started the day with poha, puma and tea. The poha was light, fresh, and flavorful — just the right energy boost for a morning of games. Paired with a hot cup of tea, it set a cheerful tone for the day.
Lunch – Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunch boxes were well-prepared, tasty, and filling. The portions were generous and the flavors authentic, making it easy for families and players to enjoy a wholesome meal together between matches.
Snacks – In the evening, crispy samosas with tea were the perfect way to recharge after hours of fun on the field. It was a simple yet classic combination that everyone loved.
A big thank you to Hello India for serving delicious food throughout the day, and to Remit2any for sponsoring and supporting our vision of community togetherness.
Good food, great games, and joyful families made this event a true celebration of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — “the world is one family.”

Visited Hello! India recently and honestly had a really good experience. The food felt genuinely authentic, the kind that reminds you of proper Indian home-style cooking rather than toned-down restaurant flavours. The spices were well balanced, not overpowering, and everything tasted fresh✨
The menu has a nice variety, and each dish we tried had its own distinct taste — nothing felt repetitive or generic. Portions were satisfying, and the presentation was simple and clean, which I actually liked❤️
Service was warm and welcoming, and the staff were happy to explain dishes and make recommendations. The overall vibe of the place is comfortable and relaxed, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family.
If you’re craving real Indian food with honest flavours, Hello! India is definitely worth visiting. I’d happily go back again.
