Hate that I threw my receipt away… but came to this location on thanksgiving in the drive thru before work decided to eat my food and there was a long piece of hair inside the bag. I got the 5$ Duo whopper junior with onion ring. Disappointed because why is hair inside of the bag.. hair nets should be worn. Will not discredit their customer service because it was great but the hair inside of my bag with onion rings and a hamburger is unacceptable threw away the whole bag.

Whopper jr bun tasted like chemicals. I called to report the issue and was left on the line for 8minutes unattended. Not sure if the broiler had chemical residue or if there was cross contamination but could not finish the sandwich after one bite.

The food is not that good for how much you pay. I literally cried because it was I knew it was wasted calories but felt guilty throwing food away plus the money I spent on it in the first place. It’s a little better when we’ve dined in but from the drive thru I was quite upset.

I got the new hand-breaded chicken sandwich and it definitely has a lot of flavor but I still think the grilled chicken sandwich is my favorite. The drink fountain is open for free refills❤ I’m seeing a lot of new staff with very good attitudes also very friendly and that’s very important because everyone wants to have a pleasant dining experience even if it’s a fast food place and I feel as humans we should all treat each other nice. It’s nice because this location was remodeled a few years back so come in and check it out it’s pretty modern.

Worked my shift was tired and hungry. Very simple order. 2 spicy 2 regular and the chicken fries. No modifications or anything not even drinks and somehow they managed to mistake a chicken sandwich for burritos???? A chicken sandwich confused for burritos??? Treated very unfairly at this location. When it came to ordering, I was rushed but as I waited my food was just sitting there while several ladies on the day shift stood amongst themselves speaking Spanish and laughing. When I asked them where is my food, the pregnant lady didn’t even apologize for the delay and just grabbed my not so fresh food off the heat lamps. The bathrooms wasn’t clean either. This use to be my fav location but it has went DOWNHILL since.
