I ordered 2 Soft Tacos with just meat & cheese for my autistic granddaughter that will only eat certain things & of course no extra cheese that I paid for (& the shells were hard ) & the Spicy Potato taco i ordered for myself the potatoes were so friggin hard I couldn’t eat them ! I ordered through doordash as my daughter has covid & I’m taking care of the babies trying not to spread the shit & this is what I get !! Shame on you taco bell & your apparently incompetent employees !!

Ordered and cashier didn’t speak loud enough to be understood. Got order completely wrong. Wondered why it was $7 more expensive than it should’ve been. Cashier added extra food on the order. Pin pad wasn’t working properly. It took 4 tries to get it to work. Dirty tables, have to ask for a code to use the bathroom? Really?

I used to come here every day for breakfast. Well they stopped serving breakfast.
Today I went for lunch. The service is much slower now. I ordered 3 steak burritos and there might have been a total of 1 oz. of steak across all 3 burritos. Absolute theft. Used to be a daily customer, now I’m never coming back.

Rude employees, extremely poor quality of food… If you do an online order, be prepared to present an itemized list before they will give you your food, paid for or not. I have given this taco bell so many chances through the years, done with this one. Food sucks, when they actually do get an order right, and employees here are extremely rude.

gave this place 3trys and each time they messed up my order, they were simple orders. I ordered 3 soft tacos no lettuce on all and add creamy jalapeno to all. I get them and they had no creamy jalapeno and had lettuce chopped up on each. Another time I was in there I ordered Nacho Fries, they give them to me un-seasoned. I ask to just return them, and the manager gives me attitude and raises his voice and says “We can’t take it back with no receipt”. I literlly just got my tray 2 minutes ago so of course I still have my receipt. I’ll be calling their store manager in the morning. Ridiculous how you can mess up on an order as simple as putting seasoning on fries when ot comes out of the fryer. Below is the differences in frys. On the right is Taco Bell 3335 U.S. R60 and is how it’s suppose to look like with seasoning. On the left is 5th Ave’s “Nacho” frys.
