I almost never come to taco bell and I decided today. And had the worst customer service. The drive though guy was very rude started to raise his voice with attitude, I pulled to the window and he still had that annoyed attitude to me and asked for a manager. This old lady who didn’t give me a name. Was basically not hearing it saying that’s her best employee. All while the fuy just stood there staring me down like i was the problem. Asked for a higher up and she gave me a fake number. Taco bell will never get my business especially being treated that way. Look at cameras or whatever you need. It happened around 7:20pm on Feb. 4th.

They didn’t have menu items however they were all still listed on the menu. This is frustrating when you attempt to order something and their like. Sorry out of that. Then you pick something else and get the oh we’re out of that too. And they had hardly any sauces in the dining area either with over half of the seats up so you couldn’t sit in them. It was only like five pm. Not like they were closing anytime!

The food taste the same. What is crazy is that I ordered a Cheeses gordito crunch box and I got a Cheeses gordito without the crunch ?!?!?! How does that even happen? Plus my finance got a dorito loco supreme and it was in fact not supreme… super disappointed.

Had a rude girl “Ariana” talk to me with attitude. After I got done ordering she didn’t realize her microphone was still on and called me a name. If you hate your job just quit! Don’t take it out on the customers who are just trying to get food!! The food was soggy and cold. Don’t bother with this place. Go to McDonalds they show that they care and the food is great and hot!

Awful service from the lady who works closing shift in the drive through. I come through at least once a week and order the same thing and ask for the order to be placed in a bag instead of a box. Every time. And 9/10 the workers do it and I’m thankful. But should the lady with the glasses be taking my order, I can forget it. The last 2 times I asked her she simply replied “pull forward” and didn’t even consider my request. I just went in not 15 minutes ago and she gave me my box and a small bag that wouldn’t even fit half my order.

They seem incapable of comprehending basic instruction for tiny add ons yet have no trouble charging for them.
It doesn’t matter what day or time you go I promise you they will mess up at least one thing in your order. It’s fast food not rocket science.

Please save your time and money and go somewhere else. They messed up my order, and gave me so much trouble to replace what they missed and then at that they didn’t fix it completely. The staff were rude and unprofessional. They seemed annoyed and didn’t care to fix their mistake. I normally don’t leave bad reviews because I understand mistakes happen but when you are being rude over a mistake that was made on your end and claim that I am lying about it, very unnecessary. Bad costumer service, won’t be returning again. I’d advise you to save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
