A great morning service with a touch of caring for others.
I stopped by to get morning fuel in my personal cup, To-Go. Mercedes is shift supervisor here. She’s been with Starbucks company for eight years. Experience can be seen through everything she does. She was friendly and very helpful.
After she filled my personal cup, at some point during our conversation about this location, she asked, “Would you like cup of water to go on your road trip?” “Yes please that would be great!”
That is ultimate customer service! When you can anticipate what a customer may need before customer asks.
Since they opened this location April of 2025, it looks great inside with modern designs. Bathroom was clean and has a modern design, 3-in-1 chrome faucet. It comes with soap dispenser, water and hand dryer.
The atmosphere was large with plenty of seating. As you first walk in, you’re greeted by friendly baristas. You will find four black, leather chairs by the entrance with round tables.
To the left of the entrance, a large wall of windows, allowing natural lighting. Against the windows, you will find large leather bench seating with six tables and six chairs. Next to that seating arrangement you’ll also find additional seating. Three high tables with six high chairs.
Patio is also decently sized, facing the busy street. It offers seven tables with fourteen chairs.
Overall, it was a great experience with a good location. I’m hoping to return here soon and sit awhile. Definitely stop by and enjoy your visit. I recommend it.

“I wanted to share a wonderful experience I had at your drive-thru last night. I usually avoid ordering at the drive-thru because I worry about not being understood and making the staff feel bad. However, the barista working last night was incredibly patient. When I told her I would try my best to be clear, she was so kind. When I received my coffee, she had written a sweet, caring note on the cup. Small gestures like this mean the world to customers. She truly made my day!”

My car broke down and one of the girls came outside and offered help and water. I was broke down for several hours while my Dad was trying to fix my car and they gave me free food and water. All of the workers were so kind and made me feel so comfortable.

The customer service at The Greenbrier Arkansas Starbucks location is above and beyond excellent. The sweet young lady who makes my peppermint mocha frappuccino always adds those little chocolate frappuccino chips when I request them. She just does a perfect job every time.and she is so professional. She should be a trainer because she knows how to make her customer happy and enjoys doing it.

I don’t drink coffee, put on a recent day Trip out of town. He had a gift card given to him by his mother or for his birthday. And he he went online and ordered to come through. And pick it up, and we were in a different town from our normal, and we pulled in, they were playing a parking. It was clean, he went in and within 3 minutes he was back out with his coffee that he had ordered from the wrong location. But this place accepted his order and gave it to him with proof that he had paid of course, in 3 minutes they managed to keep my man from ruining my trip because he mistakenly ordered from wrong location! And I promise you my day would not have gone peacefully without that 1 act of excellent customer Service Thank you there in Greenbriar, Ar!!

I go through the drive through only but I go pretty often. I haven’t been in about a month. Was having a crazy morning. Idk his name but the lovely gentleman in the window was great and kept wonderful atmosphere as he always does. And whoever made my drinks, drew the cutest little Dino on one which is exactly how I felt. And little pumpkins and a ghost on another!

I went through the drive thru at 7:08 and left at 7:21. It does NOT take more than 10 minutes for a refresher drink and a cake pop! The lady told me it was $10.29 , which then i grabbed $10.29 she then told me it was $10.26 I GAVE HER $20.26 so i can get $10 back. Instead she gave me $9.97. Asked her again how much she told me $10.29. I was irritated already I had even turned off my car to not waste gas. Again it does not take no 10+ minutes for a drink. Never again will I stop by for a drink. Even if they were understaffed I was the only one in line. 3 people were there. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been at! The funniest part that not mad at is they spelled Fun wrong

I ordered two venti green tea Frappuccinos and they were just amazing they were so smooth delicious and they just really made my day and yes plural I consumed both of them because they’re that good! There are no Starbucks in Heber Springs so I had to go to that location and I’m glad I did

Apparently the drive through is social hour for the employees. After ordering my food, I sat behind someone and an employee who were just exchanging information and photos on their phone back-and-forth and laughing like this is their hangout time. Meanwhile, it’s 6:15 in the morning and people need to get to work after ordering their food. I sat there so long that I ended up just leaving not getting my coffee or my food and the person in front of me still hadn’t even paid yet

The Chocolate Chip Cookies warmed are really good. Coffee is good too. But I suggest the cookie over the coffee if a choice needs to be made.
