I’m giving this place 3 stars because every single time I go here they mess up my order and forget things. That is the only reason for 3 stars. The food has never been bad, but i wish they’d check the orders better before handing them over to the customer.

I placed my order at 7:43 pm and it wasn’t ready until 8:22pm. When I got to the store the employees were all playing around and not paying attention. When I finally got someone up to the register she asked my name and then yelled “nope online, told ya” then proceeded to walk away. Another 10 minutes passed she tried to hand me cups i told her I ordered a bottled water she tried to hand me 2 I said nope just 1. I finally got my order and my sauce packets I paid for were not in the bag everything was just thrown in the bag. I watched one of the cooks make a taco then pick out whatever it was that the customer in drive through didn’t want on it. Overall disgusting and if I didnt have to get to work I would have asked for a refund

I went drive through and ordered everything online, I pick up my food and they piled everything on top of my Mexican pizza and pretty much has the food sticking to the top of the box. Phone number doesn’t work for them so I can’t call to try and make it right. What a joke. And my girlfriend is allergic to tomatoes and guess what we found in the food??? Tomatoes even though we ordered it without on the receipt. This store can kill you. Don’t come here if you have food allergies.

Started by ordering at the self kiosk and the employee forgot my cup and when I asked she seems sassy back to me for asking. After getting my food we sat down and they had forgotten tomatoes on one taco and the beef on another additionally the cinnamon twists were rock hard. We could have looked past all that however there were two older gentleman who came into the store one waited for help for about 10 minutes and the store was not busy then attempted to use the self service kiosk and eventually managed. The other older gentleman was given service after while and he had specifically stated he did not want a drink however the employee rang him up for one and charged him for it when attempting to hand him the cup he said he didn’t want one and the employee said ok and put it back the customer then said did you charge me for it and she said yeah of course the customer then took the cup and got his drink we left shortly after.

Definitely not a vegetarian friendly location. Not only do I have to tell them twice over the speaker but also when I’m paying and still they manage to mess up my order again… What I expect compared to what I actually received in the photos I posted. This location is a joke, people that work here are clowns, I usually don’t write reviews about fast food places but this is more of a WARNING!!!! This location sucks.

I ordered pickup online 06/24/2025 around 10PM. I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food but I have to for this Taco Bell location because of how consistent they have been. With fast food around the Waterville area almost always lacking in getting orders correct, on time, and tasting great, these guys are a breath of fresh air. They are almost Always on time with online orders, friendly, and the orders are correct 99% of the time. Not to mention it is always hot and tastes good. I work in EMS and Taco Bell is often my dinner due to the hours I work and always being “on the go.” The people at this location make my job and life a little easier! Thank you!!!!

Of you are going to be open till 2am and but not the lobby you need to lock the lobby doors. It is rude to have people be told that the lobby isn’t open and the can only do mobile order and drive thru when ur doors are unlocked. There is no signs up till you go inside either. This is basically customer service and unsafe for the workers. I understand not always being able to have your lobby open. But put a sign on the doors not the registers and lock the doors
