Placed an order on line. Online tells me my order is ready. I enter the store and there is nothing in the portal. I flag down a worker because nobody acknowledged me when I entered. I am told by lady number 1 that it is still in the oven. I sit and wait. 10 minutes later still nothing. I finally get the attention of lady number 2 and let her know it is now 15 minutes past when the app says my pizza was done. She talks to lady 1 who states that she knows she made that pizza, however they have no idea where it went. Lady 2 hypothesizes that it might be the pizza they mistakenly gave to another customer. They go off to investigate. About 2 minutes later no one has returned to tell me anything. I call out to get someone’s attention from the back and they inform me they are remaking my pizza. I remind them that I also have crazy bread, they acknowledge that they know this. My pizza finishes cooking and they tell me that they are just waiting on the crazy bread. Lady 2 then tells lady 1 that they need crazy bread, which they now are just starting to make. So 40 minutes after the time the app told me my pizza was done I was finally handed my order. Absolutely disorganized chaos. Not to mention I wasn’t the only customer having issues.

Tried to order online and it wouldn’t take my payment information, so I had to order in person and they wouldn’t honor the deals I had tried to get through their website. Ended up paying double the price. Also, I asked for barbecue sauce on my wings, the dude working poured mild sauce on, then handed me the order saying it was barbecue? I took it anyways because I didn’t have time to wait any longer than I already was and I like mild sauce anyways. I ended up having to wait a long time for my order even though they had my order ready to go in the “hot and ready” warmer, but they ended up giving my pizza away to somebody that came in after me. Also, I saw the lady in the back drop the tongs and she picked them up and looked like she was going to use them again but she saw me looking so she asked somebody else what to do and he told her to wash them (thankfully). Saw her come back with tongs in her hand though, so not sure if that actually happened or not.

I’ve personally never had any issues here use the app mostly unless its lunch for a lunch box. Always had good service. Fresh pizza and order has always been on time for me.

My wife placed a call directly with the store for a pickup order. She arrives at store and they said they have no pizza order -ok fine mixups happen. She tries to place an order at the store and they lie and say they are out of pizza dough. In my attempt to order from a different little Caesar’s location for the same food, DoorDash picks this exact location again and to our surprise everything in my original order was magically available. The teenagers running this store were blasting camp rock through a speaker 90 minutes before close and then proceed to lie about stock. This wasn’t some five minutes before close mishap. They are legitimately inhibiting the success of this business and if you see the other reviews on this location, driving it to a swift collapse. This location is a disappointment. I wish I could give zero stars.

Got to the store just before 9:30 asked for 2 pepperoni pizzas. I was told they only had cheese available, I asked them to make me 2 pepperonis and was told they were out of dough. After reading other reviews it seems this place is extremely poorly managed when it comes to inventory, but most likely the “out of dough” is their go to excuse when they dont want to work. Do better.

People here don’t seem to enjoy working & wanting to do business with people. Came in and was told they don’t have anything ready and it will take 30 mins. Then went on their business without even waiting for me to respond. Would not recommend this location. To Management; please hire people who are slightly interested in their job.

I guess their oven is new on 204th location and this is just how their pizzas turn out (dry and kind of burnt). Also their pizza is never ready so you have to wait 15 minutes.

Unbelievable. On 7/28, I ordered 3 pizzas online to pick up on 7/31 at 11:45 at the Elkhorn Little Caesars. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and they had no pizzas and could not find my order. I showed them my receipt, and nothing. I was expecting the manager to offer to make them right away and deliver, but nope, we can’t find your order. I ordered from a competitor. Called corporate – asked for a refund. I was assured they would process and advise the local store and district manager….crickets…. Sent an email to corporate asking for a refund, providing the receipt and order number. Yes, again, crickets… Finally turned in a dispute with AMEX and let them handle it. Needless to say, I will never order pizza from Little Caesars again.

Ordered a 2 pizzas for delivery. Only delivered one pizza and was told that I could come pick up the other one. I was not able to leave the house with two kids there and didn’t want to load them up. I had also paid for delivery. Was informed that not only would they not get my pizza to me, but couldn’t give me a credit. Horrible customer service. Will never go back and will never recommend Little Ceasars to anyone.
