First they take away the turn tickets so everyone is standing confused waiting to be called. Then they can’t get what you ask for right. I asked for a side of bacon with my breakfast and got home to no bacon. I ask for extra butter on my toast and get dried toast. Not only dried but burnt. I thought this was place was good but boy was I wrong. This isn’t the first either the food quality is poor. For Thanksgiving I ordered a ham, and got a slightly burnt dried ham. Never going back

I wake up early this is the only bakery in the area, that is open 24 hours so I get my coffee and pastries. It’s a pleasure I’m greeted with a smile and warmth that is truly beautiful and unexpected at 5am. Thank you girls for always being as sweet as the treats.

I bought a ham cachito around 10 PM, and it was hard as a rock underneath from carrying heat all day and the supposedly ham, totally charred. Why are they open 24 hours if they are going to sell the garbage left over from all day. By Department of Agriculture regulations, the food must be rotated every so often to ensure freshness for obvious health reasons. Well, and the customer service worse than the food.

Open 24 hours. The staff was amazing! So friendly, kind and attentive. We went as a group at 11pm after a worship service on Monday for some Hot Cocoa because it was chilly in Miami! It was perfect, we had such a wonderful time.

The food at Pinecrest Bakery is delicious, and they have a variety of delectables. However, it felt pricey. I mean, I understand everything is more expensive now (COGS, food, ingredients, etc.), but $1.86 for a pastelito that was half the size of what it was before seems a little too much.

The Christmas rice that I ordered had to be thrown out! Terrible. It was dry and overcooked. Here is a picture.

Rude staff, horrible wait times. Told me to wait in line for 40 MINUTES just to tell me I was in the wrong line and to wait another 20 minutes. Found out 3 pther people were waiting for an hour PLUS. Got angry when I asked HOW MUCH LONGER I needed to wait for and started yelling at me saying that they’re working on it and that all other orders were ahead of mine. Never coming back, and recommending all others to STAY AWAY. Food was mid and EXPENSIVE!

$10.38 for 2 Cafe con leches? That’s over doing it.
$3.72, for a pastelito with cheese? Too much now. Might as well buy frozen and reheat

Absolutely disgusted with the birthday cake I received! The frosting was far too thick and overpowering, making it difficult to even taste the cake beneath. Speaking of which, the cake itself was a disaster – it was too soggy and the texture was like eating a wet sponge. I was expecting a moist and fluffy cake, not a waterlogged mess. The worst part? The cake didn’t even hold itself together – it crumbled and fell apart the moment I tried to cut it. What a disappointment for my special day. Would not recommend this bakery to anyone!
Horrible staff and service. Please hire someone who can do better job.
