Such a great place for eating, drinking coffee, and working. I completed about half of my masters work here over the past few years, such a great atmosphere. Today, my wife and I ate lunch here and the staff went above and beyond to help. Fantastic restaraunt!

12:30 today, I ordered an Iced coffee that tasted like water. I get it everyday so I’m familiar with the taste and color. This was not far from see through. When I brought it up to a leader to see if someone could check it, she said she wasn’t going to try it because she doesn’t like coffee (curious if no one else in the store could have given it a try, or at least poured some out to see the clarity of the beverage), they did not even look into it. In fact, I was told that there was a lot of it in the dispenser, so they didn’t want to have to change it out anytime soon. But in my mind if the product is not right, it shouldn’t be sold, why am I being charged for this. And why are they fine with blatantly telling a customer that they are alright with leaving it like that? Eventually, they did agree to make a new batch after I asked again, although it’s not my place, I just felt it was wrong. I left and didn’t buy anything else, because it left a bad taste in my mouth, because if they are fine with letting quality slip in such a clear way and from a leader, one has to think where else are they lacking care in the food products. So I don’t know that I will come back to this location.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Panera Bread. They accepted my order without any issues, but when it was time to pick it up, I was told they didn’t have enough of the items to complete it. This was frustrating because I expected the order to be ready once it was confirmed. Better communication and inventory management would have made this a much better experience.

Never greated. Went to a computer to order our food. Would be nice to order sitting down at the table. $35 for two soup and salad and a hot tea. Advertise says bowl of soup. It’s a cup of soup. Have to get up to go get your own food. Then they want a tip. Why do I do all the work and tip you? Dirty fork on my plate. Don’t see how I can post pictures of our food and dirty forks.

I’m a regular morning coffee customer and always enjoy stopping by for a fresh cup. However, this is the second time I’ve found the light roast empty and had to wait. This morning, while ordering my meal, I noticed the staff seemed more focused on personal conversations and nails than checking the coffee bar to ensure fresh coffee was available. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes for a refill, which was a bit disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency for customers who look forward to their morning coffee.

Way to go Panera. 6 bagels ordered sliced and this is what 5 of them looked like. This is the worse I have ever seen. I could not serve these to my guests this morning. I wasted time and money going to your store. Will not make that mistake again

My husband picked up a Cobb salad for me. It cost a little over $14 & was half full. I ate a couple of bites & within 45 mins was sick. So now we pay more, get less & the quality is horrible. Panera used to be a reliable place to enjoy a meal, not now.

At 3pm on 12/10/25 I stopped by this Panera for a late lunch with my boyfriend. At that time there was a team member cleaning the dining room named Izzy. She made a point to greet me with a smile and give me a compliment, which I returned. The whole time I was eating, she was working hard, keeping the dining area clean (which admittedly I’ve noticed Panera as a company is not the greatest at staying on top of, but I work in food so I understand). I really appreciate the obvious care with which she did her job. It can be hard and soul-sucking to work in quick service food, especially when dealing with customers , so her extra kindness on top of doing her job stood out to me. She even smiled and waved goodbye when we left. I wanted to pass this onto a manager but I didn’t see any, so I figured this public forum would be even better so that everyone at the store/corporate can know she’s awesome.

We nice experience. Very fast pickup, manager was himself helping and greeted nicely. Staff greeted nicely with smile when leaving the restaurant.
