My son and I go here pretty regularly. It has an awesome play place so I like to let my son play there. Unfortunately every time I go here its a bad experience. We go early in the morning about 9 or 930. Every time we come here, ALL the tables are filthy and stick. The floors are all sticky. Most of the time, if I get a coke, it taste like just carbonated water. Most of the time the hash browns and food is cold, and last time when I asked if the could warm up my sandwich they said they couldn’t because they cant take food, which at that point, shouldn’t you offer a new one? The trash cans are almost always full, which if im coming in that early, that has to be from the day previous.
Its just such a bummer because my son loves coming here but if things remain that unsanitary I cant keep bringing him.

This place has so much potential. I’ve been here a handful of times; they have a giant playplace that is truly awesome. The employees are unhelpful and uncaring for the most part except for one manager who was extremely nice and the food has been good half the time. The biggest issue is that the whole store is disgusting. The floors look like they’ve never been mopped. Every single table is always dirty. It literally looks grosser every time I come and it’s so disappointing. My son loves this place but I can’t enjoy it anymore because all I can think of is the dirty and germs. I think if it’s that dirty in lobby then how dirty is the kitchen and it makes me wanna throw up.

I ordered just onion rings here the other night and got super sick. They didn’t really taste like onion either so i’m not sure if they weren’t fully cooked? Or what happened. Ended up with some sort of food poisoning that night. I rather pay $5+ at a better place than spend $2 here. The place was very dirty inside. Would not recommend, spend your money elsewhere.

Told me I had no mobile order at their location, when I told them nicely the names, they told me “not at this location, we have absolutely no idea.” After a few minutes of this, no apology, she said “oh, I see it. Well why the hell are they showing up this way?? Drive up.” Very rushed and rude, I get it’s difficult but we ended up having to wait 16 minutes for 2 burgers that were cold. Pulled up to three team members outside trash talking another team member inside while smoking a cigarette. The drawer was short on change so for my 67 cents she gave me six dimes a nickel a penny and shorted me a penny assuming I wouldn’t notice. This burger king sucks ..slow to get us out food told us to pull ahead they’d bring it out I hate doing this they always seem to forget about us.. so I went in and they said it’d be out shortly waited 15 min prob for only 2 things nugs and 2 sandwiches..the lady that took my order tho did make sure to give me the best deals and bundles some stuff together .
