We have been looking for a good, local sub shop that offers a variety of options. Capriotti’s delivered! I ordered a small Italian and a small Classic Cheesesteak so that my husband and I could have half of each. Both were delicious and we savored every bite. We both had plenty to eat with the two small subs.
I want to thank the team for being so friendly and welcoming! Christian took my order and was very personable. It was a great experience, overall, and we will be back!

Where’s the meat? I’ve ordered in at this shop before & enjoyed every bite. The bread was good… & about all I could taste. Very disappointed. I reckon if I go back it will be to dine in. $12 for delicious bread?!

The food was good—not the best sub I’ve had, but definitely not bad either. The portion size was decent for the price. I ordered the Chicken Chipotle Crunch (medium) and a Brookie, which is a cookie layered over a brownie—it tasted decent. The only downside was the soft drinks being over $3, which felt a bit pricey.

First time eating here. The grilled Italian was pretty good. What’s different is the toppings were chopped and not sliced. They carry Pepsi products but dont have a lot of diet or zero options. The unsweet tea was good. The other issue is they only have one type of bread. As for diabetics it would be nice to have an option. Not over priced for a sandwich chip drink combo. I would recommend Capriottis for a good sandwich.

So, yep it’s a chain, it’s ok. If you are going to review a sandwich you get a Classic Cheese Steak and/or a Classic meatball Sandwich. It was good, well priced it was a medium, and supposed to be 10 inch. It was a solid foot plus. Was short on the cheese for a cheese steak, so if you go expect to order extra American and wiz. $13, for a 14 inch 10 inch sandwich a bag of chips and a 16 oz cup for a soft drink. Did I mention it’s a chain, it tasted like a chain, acted like a chain but was cleaner and well put together than most chains.
My Rating: 6.9, it’s a good Sandwich.

Came here on a Sunday evening close to closing time. First time here so it took me a minute to read the menu. You order at the counter. The person taking our orders was very friendly and helpful. I had the grilled Italian sandwich and chips. The food was brought to our table very timely. The bread was fresh and very good flavor. My sandwich was a little overwhelmed with the amount of onions but was very good. The facilities were spotless and well taken care of. The price was very fair.

This is actually an Update. The food here is good and the service is even better. This finishes my review of who has the best hot Italian sub between Picklemans, Goodcents, and Capriottis. Capriottis comes in at number 2. The sandwich was delicious and was stuffed with ingredients. They did not skimp and I can appreciate that. You will not be disappointed eating here.

I grew up in the greater Philadelphia area. Heard you all have cheese steaks and hoagies that can be compared to the ones back home. I am super critical normally in my star ratings and definitely in my written evaluation. Especially when it comes to cheese steaks and Italian hoagies. With that said. If I was in Pennsylvania I would give them a 3 stars for the cheese steaks and a 4 stars for the Italian I got. Ordered both. Overall a 4 star rating because the shop was nice and the people were even nicer. Great atmosphere. The reality is we are not in PA. The Italian was delicious! It’s the best I have had outside of The greater Philadelphia area. I’m retired military and have been all over the US. I asked for an Italian “all sweet” they didn’t really know what I was asking but they had sweet peppers. It was superb. I think the only thing missing was some Italian seasoning and some black pepper. I only ate half of each and I added seasoning and pepper the next day. Pretty good. Roll was a little hard but still good after being refrigerated for a day.
The cheese steak was very good. If I want something like home this will be the only place I will go. Roll was good, cheese great. The steak was a little thicker than back home and I think it could have used a little more seasoning.. season salt maybe?? Not sure. Over all I was very pleased with it. While it’s not the best I’ve had it’s the best I had here.
So I think a three star rating is an average good rating, meaning not bad in a pinch but not necessarily my first or second choice. 4 is a solid choice if you’re looking for what they offer. 5 is, I will drive out of my way to go get the meal. I live in Prairie Grove AR. I will be driving to Rogers just to get another one of these sandwiches. That is why I rated them a 5. Please don’t misinterprete my criticism as a negative. I highly recommend this place. Best sandwich shop I have had here in AR. Again as a Philly guy I’m super critical of these two particular sandwiches. It’s good and worth your hard earned dollars.

I ordered thru door dash and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty everything was. The chicken noodle soup hit the spot since I was feeling under the weather. The Bobbie sandwich was so delicious, definitely will be ordering that sandwich again! 5 stars
