My husband and I really enjoyed this restaurant. We arrived right after they opened for the day, so I was empty. Our service was AMAZING. Everything tasted fresh and not full of grease. My Lime Margherita food not disappoint. And my husband’s shrimp were the biggest I’ve ever eaten, the were full of flavor. I loved the wall art! They encourage customers to add decorations.

My friends and I had an awesome experience at Crab Cracker in Charlotte. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly, even with the rainy weather bringing in a bigger crowd than usual. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming — perfect for a group hangout.

A big shoutout to our waitress Sydney. She took great care of us the entire time. Super friendly, attentive, and patient, she made sure our table had everything we needed and offered solid recommendations. Her energy really made the experience stand out.

We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this spot — and if you go, definitely ask for Sydney!

Our server, Jaden was outstanding. He gave us very good recommendations and was super patient with ALL our questions. We had shrimp, snow crab and lobster boils. All were very good. The food was delicious and served very quickly. We would definitely come back for lunch when we are in Charlotte! So good!

The atmosphere was amazing for it to be a Saturday afternoon…The Seafood boil bags and Fried oysters were so tasty, my daughter fully ate her corn on the cob and potatoes. Thanks for listening. Definitely worth a try if you haven’t been.

My wife and I love crab boil. But, there are no good crab boil restaurants in southern Virginia. Every time we get to Charlotte we go to Crab Cracker. Seafood is always great and their seasonings are Devine. Always happy, friendly service too. Highly recommend.

Food was awesome. My hubby and I got a Combo A (lobster tail, crab legs, and shrimp). The atmosphere quiet. The service was awesome too. They will give a sharpie to write on the walls.

Perfect place to take someone who loves seafood! The place has a modern look with awesome customer service! The food was fresh and tasted great. All the seasoning was on point when we visited for dinner. Definitely will visit again when we have the time! Menu is typical of any other seafood boil restaurant allowing you to pick a premade combo or mix and match your dish. Ranging from basic shrimp, clams, crayfish to dungeness or snow crab legs! Prices are what you would expect from seafood boil places like this. Expect to spend about 70-80$ on an app + 2 boiled bags and a few drinks.

What did I like? The service, the popcorn for appetizers, and the service. What didn’t I like? The food! The seafood lacked so much flavor. I had to order a second bowl of seasoning just to make it palatable. I consume seafood boils far too often to eat here again for such a subpar taste experience. There’s way too much competition in the city I live in to consider eating here again. Plus, they have a VERY limited alcohol selection. No spirits. Just beer and wine.

Absolutely wonderful. Never had a seafood boil before. This place has sold me on it. Atmosphere is awesome. I had lobster and potatoes with melted garlic butter and it was perfect. Kid had shrimp basket and enjoyed it. Husband had some conglomerate or food he barely finished. Completely satisfied.
