I will never pull up again!!!!!! Twenty wait Mt dew was carbonated water i set inside to watch what going looks like more playing then working i ordered menu item. Chicken little where cold fries warm at best. Ordered side of mash potatoes no even closed which now gravy is all over everything.

We have to drive 30 minutes to get to KFC and more than once our food was wrong but I never said anything. But tonight I had enough. I’m so tired of being served chicken that either is a week old or chicken that has no meat on it. Idc if someone shows up right before close they should still be served fresh food. I will be contacting someone because I need my money back. And I Kno help is hard to find these days so you need to pay the help you do have a little better then maybe they’ll care more about their jobs and doing it right.

The Chicken was burnt and old!! They would not answer the phone to report it. We live in Bear Creek my husband pick this up on his way home. We had to throw it away it was so bad!!! This is two times this has happened at the KFC.

When they ask you if you want a large gravy instead of saying yes, you tell them “you want a quart of Gravy otherwise you’ll end up with only a dinky 1/2 Cup of Gravy!

Hubs and I got the spicy chicken sandwich.. I got the combo with mashed potatoes.. he, just the sandwich… taking our tray to the table, when I set it down too close to the edge.. and everything slid off onto my seat.. I was able to save the sandwiches but my mashed potatoes were toast.. the lady working behind the counter brought me another mashed potato side.. I really appreciated that.. plus the food was hot.. fresh a d fast.. Will definitely be back.. next time, I’ll be more careful with the tray.. Thanks again!
