I honestly hate writing bad reviews but this was such an aggravating encounter. I had placed an order ahead of time so that I can pick it up and bring home dinner. It was a large pizza, half cheese half pineapple, a medium pepperoni pizza, and some wings. I was notified it was ready so I drive through the drive through and show them my order. They had told me they had forgotten to put pineapple on half of the pizza like how I ordered, and it would be about 10 minutes. Totally fine! Completely understandable, everyone makes mistakes. Except when I had come inside to wait for my pizza, they had dropped the pineapples that were coming out of the oven. It would be another 10 minutes to put more through. I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I was being as nice and understanding as possible.
10 minutes later, they were finally putting pineapples on my pizza. All fine and dandy until the cashier brought me two medium pizzas and my wings. The cashier told me that he hadn’t checked the ticket to see if it was correct and he wanted me to check if it was the right order. Mind you, I could see them putting pineapples they ran through the oven on top of the pizza. I told him I only ordered one pepperoni pizza and I was waiting on my large. He shrugged and took the other medium large back. I was honestly trying to make the best of the scenario, so I was being as understanding as possible.
Honestly, I would not be as upset about the situation if I was offered an apology. A small drink or some breadsticks. Anything! From anyone! I paid money for good, quick food, and half decent customer service. I wasn’t given any of those. Not even an apology.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just watch my delivery driver go to the wrong door. And someone was outside and he stood there and had a whole conversation for 10 mins. While I stood on my balcony and watched him. It was not until I called the dominoes, that he stopped talking and brought my food. Last time I order from them. Last. Pathetic service

Pizza was awesome. I wish extra cheese didn’t count as a topping or wasn’t as expensive as it is. Either way, great food, quick service. We’ve never dined-in, we prefer to eat at home.

I’m rarely the one to leave reviews, but I’ve experienced four separate incidents at this location. Every time I’ve visited, the staff has been insulting. If you don’t enjoy your job or dislike customers, why stay? This store definitely needs a makeover. If you’d like to hear more about these incidents, feel free to reach out.

Do not order from this place! Jessica “the GM” will not even allow you to speak to upper management or get a hold of anyone to complaint about a simple fix. Save yourself the trouble of ordering from this place. She stated the owner is 80 years old and owns like 50 Dominos implying that 1 complaint will not hurt this business. I never write any business reviews, however she took the prize. The ugliest attitude, they’ve messed up my order before and never did I complaint about it. While placing an order online the system automatically defaulted my order and she careless asked me to buy again online. I will never buy again from this location.

I ordered a pizza and a salad. The salad was brown. It wasn’t edible. I picked it up in the drive through. They did say I could come back and get another but I feel like if they are passing out that quality of food they could deliver or give me credit. I gave them a two star rating because the pizza was decent.

Upon getting my pizza and hour later. The tracker said it was out of the oven at 14:55, and it said delivery driver left at 15:25! So im pretty sure the pizza was just sitting awhile. When delivered it was hard and somewhat cold, and the grease was insane on both boxes. Plus the order was supposed to be a 2Ltr soda, instead of calling or marking down the price, they sent two small sprite and one was hot. Pretty sure a pizza job isn’t rocket science, cmon now…
