Best dive bar in the Springs! Awesome daily happy hour with fantastic bar food – especially the wings and burgers. The atmosphere is exactly what you’re looking for when it comes to a fun, local spot. You can see 1-2 tvs from anny spot in the bar and they even play the sound of the football games. The owners Andrea and Lance are fantastic and super inviting. One of the best hidden gems in the city.

Great little bar! Not much room in the winter here. There is extra covered seating outside. Great service from the bartender and cook! Smoked hot wings with good variety of flavors. Something around 10 beers on tap. I enjoyed myself here.

Walking in was a bit awkward cause there was no music playing but food was delicious and the service was awesome. Wings were delicious and good size about 9 in an order I also got a side of the curly fries which were delicious and also homemade. The Bacon Cheeseburger was awesome and so were the tater tots. Definitely recommend this place.

We searched for Best Wings. Guthrie’s was top-rated – and the ratings were right. The house-made sauce was amazing. The steak fries were fantastic too. We ate way more than we planned to because it was SO good!

I wanted this place to be good but it isn’t the best. It’s not all bad. I like the location, I like that they have semi outdoor seating. They also have a lotto machine on scene which is cool. The beer was fine also.
It wasn’t too busy but service took a bit. People smoke in the outside portion of the restaurant and it comes in the front door pretty often.
The food is where it really goes down hill. I had green chili fries and some wings. The wings have a great smoked flavor. I ordered it with sauce and assumed it would come tossed in the sauce, but it came on the side. Wasn’t enough either. It came with celery and carrots, two tiny ones each, pretty lame. The green chili had no flavor at all. Very bland and not worth it. There was also some black chunk mixed in, no clue what that was.

Guthrie’s is my go-to hole in the wall bar. Small community with faithful regulars. Everything I’ve eaten there has been great, but the menu is absolutely overshadowed by the… SMOKED WINGS!! You heard that correctly. The best wings in town. Treat yourself.

Great little sports bar tucked away off of North Academy. It has an ample enclosed smoking area at the front of the place too.
The place was very clean, the other patrons were friendly and welcoming.
Nicole was just an angel in her rapport with me since I straggled in very late on a Sunday evening. She managed to whip out a few properly layered B-52’s for my near ancient taste buds. Another fine employee/bartender, Dan, provided some guidance on that old Bomber shot.
So I’ll be back with friends to see Nicole on Sunday evenings and Dan on Sunday days & Friday nights.
