They seemed short staffed. The workers were going as fast as they could, still getting the orders right but there was a bit if a wait; maybe 10-15 minutes. But we didnt mind they were doing their best for sure. And got our order right also. Very good job people.

I just had to leave a review. I had pretty much quit going to Burger King because the service was horrible, and the food wasn’t any better. But something has changed. The people working there are so nice and happy. The food actually looks like the pictures now. Extremely good food compared to what it used to be. so whatever changes you’ve made, stick with it. And thank you for improving so now I have a place that I’ll want to go all the time. Before I was stuck going to McDonald’s and I hated it. So now I’m a Burger King fan. ❤️⭐️❤️⭐️❤️

Not much of a fast food person but we needed something quick and went inside. The location is clean, food was hot..but the star of the show was Ryan. I have never met a better customer service person at a fast food restaurant. He went above and beyond, offering us different ways to order that would save us money using a promotion that they are having. Way to go Ryan! You’re going places, keep up the fantastic work!!

I order the number 3 and she said she would take our order when ready my husband said it twice and she didn’t respond until I yelled HELLO in to the mic she then proceeded to then say I was waiting on you, when we had just said it twice before she answered us, she then proceeded to give me the most disgusting soggy burger I have ever had! I mean it was sauce covered, cold, the only thing fresh was the fries! I litterly puked after 3 bites into the burger, I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog, like it was disgusting, not my problem y’all stand in the back talking instead of working and you wonder why not a soul gose to eat there, I see your parking lot empty all the dang time like it’s sad compared to McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Subway, like the was simply the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I came in Wednesday morning around 7:30 am for some breakfast. The rude lady who answered at the speaker was rude and said she couldn’t take my order because she was the only one in the store. I asked for her name because she was being rude and she said Christina. I don’t know how this Burger King is still in business with no staff and rude employees. Just because your employee doesn’t show up doesn’t mean you take it out on paying customers.

The food was what you expect for a fast food restaurant, but the customer service was amazing! Ryan offered crowns for my kids to keep them happy while I ordered in peace. That guy knew how to read a room! He was quick to answer any questions my kids or I had. The service was quick yet nothing short of admirable and the restaurant was one of the cleanest burger kings I’ve seen! Thanks to Ryan, quick service, and cleanliness I will be coming back

This is my favorite location! I come from roseburg just to this specific Burger King. One, it’s the cleanest I’ve seen, two, the customer service is amazing especially with today’s society! You don’t find kind people that love what they’re doing. Ryan specifically is an awesome dude!! And three, the food is NEVER done sloppy. Kudos to the cooks as well !

The fiery fries weren’t available AFTER we already placed our order online. We sat there and waited for over 10 minutes after we placed our order for the food to be ready. Then they forget our drink. Super slow service. They made spicy mozzarella sticks instead of spicy fries. Manager was there working the order too. Burgers were cold by the time they got to us and we are in a hurry or id have a refund. Then it sounds like there’s a bunch of drama behind the counter with one of the employees being pissed off and crying it’s always my fault. Crap service crap atmosphere, won’t go back.
