The person working here “Kevin” instead of explaining why the price is different from the menu price. He has an attitude of take it or leave it. The register has higher price vs the menu price.
It’s unethical by charging customers with extra amount and showing attitude. Don’t go here or check the price.

Love Singas Pizza! The food is always fresh and full of flavor. Their fresh jalapeno pizza is the best – definitely my favorite! The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I just wish they’d start offering basil too – that would make it perfect. Still one of my go-to pizza spots!

The customer service at the parsippany location is ridiculously horrible. I am a regular customer that comes often and has experienced various horrible customer services experiences at this place but have let them go. However, this time it was just too much. I ordered 12 pizza, 2 Jain. The employees did not even label the pizza’s and when I tried to call they were not listening and kept hanging up. I do not live close to the location so I can’t keep going back and forth due to employees mistakes. Additionally, for 5 of the pizzas the material on the paper plates was stuck to the pizza. When I told the employee on call they said I have never heard about this happening. When I showed them in person later, they said this is normal and edible and if i didn’t like it just cut that part of the pizza out. How do you expect me to pay regular price and am not even able to eat parts of the pizza. Additionally, this is a health concern, eating material from paper plate is harmful to health. In the summer, I called and placed a large order as I had guests over and they confirmed delivery. I waited over 1.5 hours and then had to call MYSELF to see the status of my pizza. The employee then said sorry we’re not able to delivery anymore. I had to drive far and pick up the pizza to find out that their driver was DRUNK. Not only did they give me false expectations for delivery, but didn’t even inform me about the situation until I called them after 1.5 hours. I can recall various other incidents that have occurred over my years of eating here. This is so not acceptable. The staff needs to be trained or changed. Basic customer experience is expected at any restaurant..

As someone who has lived in Jersey for 5.5 years, singas comes up quite abit – everyone always orders and I never get why and was really hoping to be proven wrong, yet I wasn’t. Pizza at best is overrated and overpriced.
Also don’t get why there’s a convenience charge for credit card given how many orders they get per day.
Front desk/cashier also overly aggressive.
The number system always seems pointless, just take the order name so you don’t accidentally give someone the wrong pizza order like you almosf did with ours.

Delicious pizza under $7..
it was a rainy day and we decided to go here. As it was weekday it was almost empty. There are no servers, so you have to order at the counter. one Chinese old guy was having some tough time to understand our order (we ordered simple onion and bell pepper pizza with chicken topping on it and Chicken grill wrap). Another guy came, and he was bit rude.
Anyway, we got our order after 10 minutes and pizza was awesome. Like if you are bored with papa jones, Domino’s pizza, this handmade pizza you can try. And every pizza is just for $6.5-8. And one pizza is more than sufficient for a single person. The wrap was okay, not that good. Recommended for pizza.

Clean place, reasonable price. For anyone who is not aware, these Pizzas are a little different compared to Dominos/PapaJohn, or your true Italian local restaurant. Taste is great, so go and check them out!!

Great spot for quick pick up or if you’d like to eat it there also. My go-to is the bacon and ranch wrap. Too good! Pizzas are on point as well.

Amazing pizzas. I would differently recommend the garlic and onion. If you like a bit of heat then I would strongly recommend trying their jalapeño pizza.
