We haven’t been to a Chili’s location in quite some time. The location was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The interior and layout were nice and upscale with updated menus. Everything looked great and tasted nice overall, but just a little too salty for my liking.

Dev was absolutely AMAZING tonight at Chili’s! From the moment we sat down, she brought such a positive and welcoming energy to our table. She was super attentive without being overbearing, made sure our drinks stayed full, and checked in at all the right times.

Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and she made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.

If you’re going to Chili’s, definitely ask for Dev she’ll take great care of you! We’ll for sure be back because of her outstanding service.

I had such a great experience at Chili’s thanks to Jordyn and Olivia! Jordyn, the host, was super welcoming and friendly right when we walked in, which set the tone for the whole visit. Olivia, our server, was amazing—attentive, kind, and on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed. She made sure our drinks stayed full, our food came out right, and checked in just enough to show she cared. Both of them made our visit feel special, and customer service like that is hard to find. Definitely coming back!

We just recently visited this location my wife and I when we walked in the restaurant was clean. The atmosphere was nice and there was no foul smell in the air. Our server name was Anthony one of the best experiences we’ve had since I’m moving out here to Fort Worth he was very polite, very pleasant, well-rounded and attentive. He was very knowledgeable in the menu and made sure that everything was correct with our order we watched server multitask while maintaining his tables. Wonderful experience. We will definitely be back. Anthony is a great asset to this location.

Best chilis ever, if you’ve been you already know what’s up. Hostess and DEV were both so lovely and friendly. They didn’t even judge me for slamming a whole queso bowl and five honey chipotle crispers followed by dessert.

Dev used the electric paddles to bring me back after my heart attack. I ordered a 2nd lemon marg as a result of my new found lease on life.

I have been coming here for years and tonight we had Dev as our server and she is THE BEST! Soooooo nice and really made our date night amazing! If you’re able to seat in her section you definitely should! Thank you Dev for making our night amazing!

This is the third and final time we will visit this location. The food got worse with each visit. I ordered Cajun pasta and my husband ordered the Triple Dipper. Did took quite a while to come out but we didn’t mind that as we were having good conversation. But when it did, my pasta was completely inedible. The shrimp was so overcooked that it had shrunk to the size on a nickel, the pasta was hard and tastes like it was made the day before, and the sauce was cold, gummy, and congealed underneath all the pasta. I asked for more sauce, hoping that would make it good enough to eat. But that didn’t help at all. I forced four bites but just couldn’t eat it. My husband got mozzarella sticks, southwestern egg rolls, and chicken crispers. The mozzarella sticks were the only fresh hot thing in the plate. The eggs rolls were curled in on themselves like they had sat under the heat lamp for a long time. And the chicken crispers were so salty that he couldn’t take more than the first bite. When the waitress asked how everything was we told her and she said she there had been a problem in the kitchen with the cook disappearing and they had to get someone else to help out. She would let the the manager know. She was very attentive the entire visit. The food was comped and we only paid for the 3 beers we had. Although the service was great, this time, it was definitely 3 stike’s and you’re out for us. This location is the closest to where we live and we’re excited to have on open up near us. Unfortunately we will definitely not be returning to this location.

My family and I had the best time tonight here at Chili’s! We were seated quickly and greeted with amazing service by our waiter, Gavn!! Not only was the food very tasty, but it was extremely fresh as well. Overall, we’d rate this experience as excellent — our waiter truly made the night exceptional for my family!

We had an amazing experience at Chili’s thanks to our bartender, Maranda Arabie! She was friendly, quick, and made the best drinks we’ve had in a long time. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and she made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. We’ll definitely go back to see her again
