Visiting for a bday. Flight got cancelled but luckily we found this hidden gem across the street from the hotel. Food is amazing, customer service is excellent. She let us know where the restaurant was before showing up. I would definitely come back for more. Bring back from NY chinese. Please check them out

Ordered the hot and sour soup. It was an egg noddle soup with celery carrots and red pepper flakes! Don’t order. Spring rolls not taste dry and bland. Dinner special hunan shrimp also no spice or heat. The pork fried rice was carrots peas rice. Best Chinese is China Hollywood

It is good food. I think between this and China star they are good. The chicken is good but the egg roll could be better. Overall, The food is good and fresh… I heard great things about it so I gave it a try. I think they can work on their spring and egg rolls much better. But overall, it is good… I will say 3.5/5.

In Dania there’s 2 (two) Hunan Woks this by far is the better of the two.
The other one is across from The jai alai.
DON’T make the mistake of going to the other one.
Here the portions are generous, food is very good & we have never been disappointed. We order reasonably frequently, ahead of time & our order is always hot, ready and waiting for us at the agreed upon time.

I’ve been ordering food from Hunan Wok for 20+ years, the food is excellent and consistent, the owners Amie & husband are wonderful people. They offer a very good food and a nice helping for the price. This place is a great take out option. The wait is efficient. I definitely recommend it! Enjoy!

Definitely a restaurant worth trying! Big portions, and very efficient and friendly service! Our favorites were Sesame Chicken, Cashew Chicken and Egg Drop soup.
The only thing is that they could follow CDC recommendations more (i.e. all staff should wear masks, not just the one who takes orders).

Food is good for the price but im assuming the son was rude. Sucking his teeth when I walked in to order and just looked annoyed.
And sucked his teeth when I walked in to get my food.
He was just sitting at the table and doesnt seem to help customers.
The father I would assume was nice though and greeted me when I came in.

Good Chinese food but a bit bland. Terriyaki chicken sticks were dry with very little teriyaki flavor. Chicken and shrimp delight (steamed) was delicious with garlic sauce. No rice was provided. Wanton soup had a generous amount of wantons (4) in the pint size.
