Paid for a 16 oz eggnog latter. Got a 12 oz . Also the eggnog tasted funny. I asked if they use real eggnog. They said no just a powder. She said Canada uses the real thing but not USA

I’m a regular…so fast and easy to order especially via the app. Staff is always willing to help occomodate. Knocked 1 star for 2 reasons…first because, occassionally, they run out of basic things and have been inexplicably closed on normal business hours (not a lot but it has happened enough). The other reason is for a company that prides itself with inclusion, it’s unfortunate they have zero hot food options for keto/low carb and only 2 flavors of sugar free syrups but that is clearly a corporate thing not a local Starbucks issue.
