Came in a few days ago using drive thru and my order was messed up. I came in today 12/1/25 and manager Eric took wonderful care of us. Remade the food fresh. This was also my first time actually inside and it was clean. Ran smooth and definitely fit the brand standard. Will be back just off this alone! Thank you again Eric and can’t wait to hit that Harley with you and the big guy.

Just came through to order a double cheese burger only meat and cheese, the FEMALE drive thru worker confirmed and it, and then I heard the MALE cook complain he had to make it and I still got a double cheese burger with everything on it. I’ve worked fast food, i know for a fact your workers are too lazy to make food fresh and had this burger premade and were upset they had to do their jobs. Ridiculous

I went through drive through and there was a young man scratching his back like hand in shirt really gross. Then he started scratching his head then proceeded to put stuff in bags. Me and my daughter absolutely disgusted by this said something not in a rude way. We suggested he goes and washes his hands that didn’t happen. Needless to say I didn’t eat my food I was so grossed out. If your going to scratch your back acne don’t do it in front of customers and wash your dirty hands

Ordered a burger with only pickles and this is what was delivered. The ticket shows that it was on the ticket correctly. The manager said she couldn’t find the order from 15 minutes earlier and that we to drive up there with the ticket in order to get it remade. Bad customer service. We had it delivered due to covid but she wants us to come in with the ticket. Quite disappointed.

I went there this morning on Aug 30th at 7:44 am and was greeted with a Good Morning and was welcomed. The food is always made so good and fresh. Never have complaints with this place. The staff is also quick and efficient with making sure you have everything you ordered!! Will always be back!

They are advertising the how to train your dragon combos but said that they didn’t have the strawberry lemonade or the ice cream that came with the combo after we ordered it and got to the window. Then why advertise it? Then the kid at the window gave me a cherry slushie and said it was a strawberry one . He offered to give me something else which was cool but I wanted what I ordered. They just don’t know what they are doing.
