I’ve lived In the Seaport for 3 years now. If it wasn’t for the convenience, I wouldn’t EVER come here. This place is TERRIBLE! The workers do not care about making quality food and don’t even try to get your order right. I constantly get my orders incorrect, cold and uneatable/ have to throw it away. Chipotle is a great restaurant, BUT THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL!

Oh my god this place gave me the biggest, heaviest, most delicious, dripping chipotle bowl I’ve ever had. Whoever that lady was in the back making the mobile order, bless her soul. I must return back as soon as I possibly can because wow was that bowl worth my $10. That could’ve lasted me a week, but it was so delectable it was gone by the end of the hour. That lady did me so well. I was so full afterwards I couldn’t walk for a good few hours. But this place will give u a bang for your buck. Go to this chipotle!

I like chipotle in general yet this was the worst location I’ve ever been to. I had to tell the staff twice that there are no utensils or tissues by the counter but most importantly it’s very poorly maintained. All tables are dirty, there is food on the tables on the floor, tissues etc just atrocious.

We just moved to the Seaport area and the guy making our order (young, probably in his 20s, with glasses) was really nice and patient. He filled our bowls graciously and was patient enough to give me a bottle of chipotle from the back as I didn’t see it on the side while he was running around with other orders. Thanks!!

Not the best chipotle I have visited. The rice was slightly overcooked and the meat was slightly to seasoned. But the proportion was relatively large.

Rude staff. Didn’t even get a hello walking in or a thank you as i left. Not one person smiled at me. The lady serving me didn’t say one word to me nor did she describe the options she stood there with a miserable face. They all spoke Spanish to eachother, looked me up and down and laughed. I’m sure they said something rude about me. Please replace your staff and send a mystery shopper to see how bad it is. Your staff do not care about your restaurant or their jobs. By far the worst customer experience to the point I would never come back

Disappointed!
Chipotle is one of my “go-to’s” but I will no longer frequent this location. Just last night, I did what I usually do: order my regular bowl with all the fixings. The worker on the line followed my lead and placed everything in the bowl as requested. Only problem, he added that I had guac(which I didn’t). The cashier then charged me for it, after I told her I didn’t have it. What does she do? She opens up my food just to see for herself. Gross.
She then gave me a huge attitude as she had to process a refund. I was then dismissed, as if I caused this issue. No apology for the misunderstanding.
You clearly don’t care about customer service at this location. Thumbs down all around, and I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
