Pizza was in delivery diver’s car 3x the time it was in the oven. If you live West of 19…expect to get your order after everyone East. I live less than 2miles. Had to watch tracker go on joy ride with my cold food. Happy it was convenient for the driver. Sucked for me though.

Domino’s focuses on speed delivery and the food is undercooked as a result. Delivery charge to high plus they want tip on tip off 6 dollar delivery charge for undercooked mediocre food. Fast food sucks in general.

I never thought i would give 1 start for a pizza place, but here I am!. My baby daddy order 2 Medium Pizzas 1 extra cheese and 1 ham with bacon and pepperoni for my daughter’s and because it was 10pm needs to be deliver which we are fine with that but than guess what!? When the pizza arrived it was literally disgusting!! He order handthose pizza and we received a extra thin pizza as we order but additional they add a bunch of oil, a cardboard piece and a piece of mushrooms on it! Like come onnn!! What bothers me its that my autistic daughter only eats is pizza and she was not able to eat it because when she saw it she said that the pizza was messed up and look weird and disgusting !! Just want to say the pizza is always consistent and good for me at this location, but today was a great experience. I forgot to order curbside and brought my toddler with me. I was wondering how I was going to carry her and my pizza when your employee, Rachel, read my mind and said, “Would you like me to carry this to the car for you? I see you holding your baby and know how that is.” I was so grateful for her offer, and the great customer service!

I am a former Domino’s manager and a local repeat carry-out customer. 7/26/2025 I ordered the $6.99 special for carry-out but was unable to pay using a credit card online but the option to pay at the store was available and chosen. Upon arriving I was told that since their credit card function was down, I would have to pay cash. I seldom carry cash and was offered no options except go get cash and come back (which I did). I also offered to return when their system came back up (did I mention I was local) and was turned down. As a manager I would have have comped the pizzas and/or offered to remake the pizzas. After asking the manager if she would do so, I was told they weren’t cold (15 minutes later than they were ready) and by the time I got them home they were at less than optimum temperature. Time orders are time orders for a reason. I order from this store because, for some reason, they make a better pan pizza than 3 other local stores.
In short, food better than good, service (attitude) not so good. The manager became rather dismissive at one point and was rather cold upon my return.
I will continue to order from this simply because the product is good.

Generally hit or miss in terms of quality. They have good sides but lately their pizza had been pretty terrible. My sausage and pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni and 2 of my slices didn’t even have cheese on them.

I attempted to order online, but there is a glitch that won’t let me order delivery. Upon calling, I couldn’t use an online coupon, but they offered me what I wanted (Brooklyn style, TRY IT!) for basically the same price….I just got more toppings for free essentially. I was quoted 30 minutes, it came in 20. It was hot, fresh, and perfect! Honestly? BEST pizza I’ve ever had from Dominoes! I’ll definitely order this again!!
