I got a fruit tart here around 1pm. It tasted old and the fruit was borderline rotten. My daughter got a crookie and it was about as hard as a rock. I couldnt cut it with a steak knife. I just had to break it. The pumpkin danish was reasonable but also not fresh. Really disappointing considering how expensive their prices are. Way overpriced and not fresh.

It’s a nice atmosphere and services was fine, but the food and drinks are lacking. My chai latte was pretty expensive and all I got was chai syrup and milk. They weren’t even mixed together. The pastry tasted okay, but it felt like they were using extra sugar to mask flavor.

I felt bad at possibly leaving a 3 star review but I see I am not alone. This is my second time coming as I always try and give a place a second chance. Its a Wednesday morning around 9am. I walk in, the Barista didn’t even look up to say anything. I order my cappuccino and pastry to sit and get some work done. Pastry was very good, but the cappuccino took very long for being the only person here and it was brewed too hot. The place is very cold. The fancy name, good decor, and good pastry doesn’t make up for the poor service. Plus the restroom was a mess.

Came shortly after opening and was warmly greeted by Isabelle, who proceeded to make me one of the best cappuccinos I’ve had in this area. Excellent cappuccino, good pastry, and was able to get both under $10 before tip. Bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the cafe itself was pleasant.

I’m gonna start off by saying we are super friendly, we are non racist, and non profiling type of people. The treatment my wife just got picking up an order I placed was shocking, totally uncalled for and to say the least so bad that I don’t even care the quality of the food I don’t think we will be nor returning nor recommending. My wife proceeded to walk in to pick up an order under my name Andrew, the cashier super rude(African American descent) told my wife that an order number wasn’t sufficient that she needed to see the name on some sort of documentation. Now I don’t know what sort of weird stuff happens here if people steal orders or food but to just straight out of the gate profile someone and treat a potential returning customer this way to me is outrageous without need nor provokation. I literally had to dig for the email that said my name for her to be given the order, as well as not one single apology or regret fullness of the unnecessary treatment. As a worker in customer service myself you guys need to retrain all staff asap. Also. For anyone wondering if I am petty or not. My wife did say the food was great the service not so much. I’m going to end on the note that today is March 1st World Compliment day mind you, and this is how we are treated.Your welcome.

My wife and I were visiting the area and came here for a quick breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches were amazing, and the customer service was even better. Friendly staff, and thoughtful! We ordered an apple danish and our server even heated it up for our enjoyment! Great spot for a quick breakfast or an easy morning hangout.

Great drinks. We ordered a London fog and a cappuccino. Their breakfast sandwiches on croissants were amazing. It gets pretty busy so plan ahead or get their app and schedule your pick up. They have great pastry options. You have to give them a try for yourself.
