As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I would not proudly advertise that it’s private and “Cajun owned”. Was the worst checkers I’ve ever been to. This was the first time In my life I’ve ever got soggy cold fries::… the fries are the main reason I even go to checkers. If people from out of town see that sign “Cajun opened” and they think that’s how Cajuns prepare their food they probably wouldn’t want anything Cajun ever again lol (1/23:26 around 1:15 am)

We went through the drive through and the customer service was great and the food was hot and fresh. Also, in case you didn’t know, they have Apple pies that are comparable to Popeyes, very good!

The prices and specials run different then it does in Lousiana. The lady at window seem to be confused when I asked questions but I assume the lady whom came up to the window was a manager. The manager explained to me what they had and that the specials I was looking for they didn’t promote. She also explained the different regions and owners run their own deals at times. I appreciate her stepping in and be sweet when explaining. I ordered a fish sandwich and my god it was amazing!

Haven’t had a checkers burger in 10 years since I moved to SC. I tried the $4 special. The burger tasted greasy so they must use 80% beef . Nothing wrong with that except I am use to less fat and grease in my burgers. The fries where good . Upsize your drink if you get the &
$4 special because it is a toddler size if you don’t. Upsizing gets you a small. Good service and help. Just didn’t like my burger but rest was good.

I am a customer at checkers on Ruth Street in Sulphur, Louisiana every Friday. My order is always right, the food is always excellent, and every customer service representative is extremely cordial and friendly. Whoever is managing this restaurant is doing a fantastic job.
