My first time eating at her last week while vacationing in Panama City Beach, Florida, and I’ve been in love since! My friend introduced me, and the food was so fresh and flavorful. On my way home, I had a craving and decided to stop at their Hoover, Alabama location because I couldn’t get enough! The ingredients are some of the healthiest and freshest I’ve ever tasted, and the staff was so patient and kind while I decided on my order. I’m definitely hoping they open a location in OB Mississippi or Memphis Tennessee soon! Cava is now one of my top favorite restaurants!

Some of the best, healthiest vegan food you can find. I love all their options especially the falafel pita. Lots of high quality veggies to choose from and many vegan sauces! Lots of really good, healthy drinks. This place has quickly become a favorite!

Had a few good experiences at this location but ordered tonight through their app, and received the smallest bowls we have ever gotten. They didn’t include one of our pitas, and we were missing a side of garlic sauce. Definitely don’t order delivery. It’s good if you go in though!

Stopped here for a lunch when we arrived at Panama City. It was a little crowded which is always a good sign. The employees were helpful and the food was good the first and second time. Good value for your money as we were able to eat on this lunch bowl twice

Love everything about the bowls, including as much toppings as you want. Fallafels are the best I’ve had and it all tastes so good together. We are here two nights and this was the only restaurant we felt eating at in this city with our dietary restrictions. Thank you!
The star of the show is employee, Hayley, who I can just tell works super hard (I literally saw her just work non-stop with a good attitude and perfect customer service skills). Thank you ! She made me feel comfortable with requests I had and seemed like she loves to help customers instead of feeling bothered. She’s amazing honestly.

The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere every time we visit. On top of that, the store is always clean and well-organized, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

this place is quite literally the best place for food if you’re looking for something equally as yummy and healthy!!! each food item and sauce/dressing blend so well together so there is really no way in going wrong in terms of what to order. every staff member is so kind and welcoming and don’t even get me started on their SUPERB drink selection. no notes. everything is perfect!!
