Pigeon was absolutely amazing very kind and made my drink perfect. They were fast and efficient on making me one of my favorite drink. They are definitely a leader! I was checking on my neice in the stroller after we left and since we were walking and she kicked it out of my hands and it spilled everywhere so i had to walk 10 mins with my strawberries and cream cooler with whipped cream and carmel sauce in my hands and Pigeon was so nice that he threw away the one that my neice kicked out of my hands and all over the ground and Cameron made me a new one and its perfect i recommend Pigeon and Brandon if you ever stop in

Super Coffee shop! Their is nothing better than fresh brew coffee ☕️ and baked pastry . The atmosphere was very nice. But Eva service was fabulous. WOW, awesome professional and super attentive to details. If you are ever in Minneapolis this is your coffee shop!

First time at Caribou Coffee, didn’t know what to order so I asked the cashier what the most popular drink was. They suggested the Turtle Mocha, I got it Iced and with Milk Chocolate. Very solid drink! Nice presentation at the top of the drink!

Great place to work, drink coffee and hang out. Friendly staff, and tons of space, though some of the tables are close together, so it can feel crowded. Big perks are a massive table, and couches on front of a fireplace. The parking can get kind of limited, but if you are walking around, its a nice destination.

I’d give a 5-star+ review for the two ppl working Saturday morning 8/30 at 10 am. I’d give no stars to the corporation and management for staffing a very busy morning on a holiday weekend with two people. What are you thinking! This is my first time patronizing and I won’t be back. These two individuals should be making $50 per hour while your corporation rakes it in. As a privately held co I’d expect more. They worked nonstop at a pace I’m certain your owners could not tolerate. AND they somehow maintained a polite and efficient demeanor.

the red haired barista made some amazing coffee and chai latte (iced), and the young man with the mustache was very polite taking our order, look out for the barista with the dyed bowl cut/mullet they are COOKING back there… my finished her chai in like 5 mins

This is the best-managed coffee shop I’ve ever seen. I was a big fan of Caribou for more than two decades, when I lived in Minnesota. I moved to Dallas in 2017, when there were a handful of Caribou’s operating there. I was forced to go elsewhere, however, because gradually they all closed. Now I have few choices, none of them good. The coffee is fantastic; roasted slowly with no chemicals or gases. Minneapolis, be grateful! And Caribou: keep doing exactly what you’re doing.
