Its hit or miss when I come to this Dunkin. They either get everything perfect & are friendly. Or, they’re not very friendly & part of my order is wrong. The photos are from the other day when everything was actually perfect.

I come here to grab a drink and donut every week after grocery shopping, and it’s good every time!! I get the matcha, but the seasonal drinks are also very good!! they normally make holiday-themed donuts as well and they are so creative, as well as delicious!!
When they remodeled in 2022, I waited patiently to make my great return to the establishment, and I was not disappointed!! The new accommodations were fabulous!! It’s a clean and quiet place and the staff is kind! One time I didn’t have enough money for a donut and the cashier let me have one for free! As someone who doesn’t drink coffee that often, when I do want coffee, this place satisfies my desire to a tee! This will always be my go-to spot!
I also highly recommend their tomato pesto grilled cheese! it’s grilled perfectly and it’s warm and filling! peak comfort food!!

Staff was kinda friendly. Don’t know how the ant got in the donut box, I came straight home from dunkin and put the box in the fridge. Picked up the last donut and there was an ant under it not surprised with this dunkin. Also had a mobile order through the drive thru and waited about 15 minutes in line. My coffee was nasty and I get the same thing every time and it has never tasted that bad before. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

The ladies working were not nice. They were upset that they had to grab food from the fridge and a lady had to fill up the ice an was grunting because she was mad about it. There was a person for a delivery service in there and they didn’t give him everything for the order and she said yeah we have no donuts so you can have the customer call or tell them to get a refund. Also the lady was open mouth coughing.

Every single time I come here my drink is either messed up, or tastes so burnt that I can’t even drink it. Also I don’t know if it’s dunkin standard but they fill your drink at least an inch below the rim and put the espresso over ice which would explain why it’s burnt.

I order the sour dough breakfast sandwich and ask that the bread was toasted. I got a burnt sandwich i mean it smelled burnt . The guy at the window was really rude. Another lady come to window and i showed her the sandwich and she made another one. Needless to say because of the guy i wont be back. Just rude and uncalled for. On a good note the coffee was good.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a black iced coffee with pumpkin syrup, 3 pumpkin munchkins, and a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. There was cream in my coffee, my bagel was burnt to the point I had to throw it out and I received a blueberry donut. For some stupid reason I keep trying to give this Dunkin another chance and every time my order is wrong. I’ve gotten ice cold eggs in a breakfast wrap before, among countless wrong coffees. This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever wasted my money at. We need a Starbucks in this town.

We went through the drive thru this morning around 8. Ordered two donuts and a drink. They stuffed the jelly donut and a sprinkle donut together in one bag, so there was icing everywhere, and none on the jelly donut. Also no napkins. Not the service I’d expect from a dunkin donuts, kinda disappointed and underwhelmed.

The food is consistently delicious!! Never disappoints! Their seasonal drinks can be hit and miss but I have not been too disappointed the past times I’ve had them! The workers are usually very kind, patient, and understanding!
They need more seating space though. I have come with large groups of friends and sometimes we have to stand cause there isn’t enough space at the table and there are no groups of tables either! But the place is pretty clean and the bathrooms are spaced and very clean as well!

Ordered an iced tea lemonade. Worst thing I’ve ever tasted in my life. They must have used bad water or something because it tasted like pure sulfur.
