I’ve placed several times a third party delivery service from this restaurant. I’ve had more than one delivery driver convey to me that they were ignored while picking up an order.
Even though the driver was friendly and said hello then the staff would not reply and just gave a unhappy look once he finally was able to get someone’s attention.
When you’re running a business especially a restaurant you want everyone to feel welcome and respond in kind. Even though I’m having my order picked up by a third party app I am still a customer.
I sincerely hope that the management of this establishment sees this post and educates their staff members to be a little bit more professional and or polite

Always eat there and it was our last time because of their customer service. We called to see if they are open or not cuz sometimes they close earlier on Sunday and they didn’t pick the phone and we called more than 5 times. We drove more than 1 hr just to this place and we arrived at 7:35pm and the lady said that we can’t be seated cuz it’s almost 8 and we said that we have a baby and she said after 7:30 we can’t be seated only to go. Even if we eat just in 10 minutes and still store is not closed it’s ridiculous. Got a drink and they were out of their drinks and the only in drink fountain they had Pepsi and rest of the drinks only water. Only one napkin were provided for an order of 6 tacos. At the end we went to the car to eat and it was 8:10 pm and people still were eating inside while we asked just to eat 10 minutes and finish by 7:50 and she refused. Will never come to this location again. The other location next to Galleria mall are much nicer and never refused us to be seated plus my husband knows the owner there probably here it’s another owner. If you charge for drinks you should provide availability but not just one drink.

Got takeout and ate there. I have never had this great of fish tacos ever. They were so perfectly soft, well seasoned, and the cabbage and tomatoes paired so well with the taco. Another thing I loved was the double corn tortillas which were soft but the food never once broke through them. The grilled and fried fish taco I would say were pretty equal in taste so if you want the healthier route get grilled.

Omg this place is so good. If I could afford to eat it every day I would. Amazing burritos, best fried fish tacos I’ve ever had and the ceviche is delicious. The two dishes Id recommend trying first would be the fried fish tacos then the breaded shrimp and steak burrito. Suuuper fast even though this place is always busy. Nice cashiers. They definitely deserve the constant flow of customers they have and are worthy of you’re try too!

Over priced. Fish tacos are so good anymore. No fish all breading, way to much salad on top. Tortilla breaks from being stale. Cost $100 for 3 people. ???

So happy I decided to try this place. The food was excellent. The Ceviche Tostada in particular was incredible. The condiment bar is a cool feature. I was really surprised by how large the portions were. The Midwest has been scrimping on their street tacos. I highly recommend trying Ensenada’s Surf N Turf Grill.

Delicious Baja-style tacos, but hands down the Fish Ceviche Tostada was my favorite. Great spot to grab lunch, just off the PCH in Hermosa Beach (Ensenada’s has multiple locations).
Loved the option of sitting in the covered patio, but plenty of tables and space whether you prefer inside or out.
