I recently enjoyed a lovely meal at Cork Wine and Tapas in New Bedford, MA, and it truly impressed me. I ordered the vegan vegetable pesto pasta, and it was outstanding, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The pasta was coated in a vibrant pesto, paired with tender vegetables and bright cherry tomatoes, and topped with crisp greens that added a perfect touch of freshness. I also tried their non-alcoholic Pinot Noir, which surprised me with how smooth and rich it tasted. It paired perfectly with the meal and made the experience feel even more special. I had relaxed vibe that made it easy to unwind and enjoy my time dining with my daughters. Altogether, the dinner we ate was a delicious!

I hosted my daughter’s October wedding in the private Taber Room upstairs, and it was absolutely perfect! Molly, the event planner, was incredible to work with – so organized, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. She made the whole planning process stress-free and brought every detail to life just as I had imagined.
The service was outstanding and the food was amazing – the guests are still talking about it! The gorgeous bar had a great selection of spirits and the bartenders created the signature cocktails to perfection. Everything ran so smoothly, and the bride and groom felt so taken care of from start to finish.
Thank you to Molly and the entire staff for giving my daughter the most beautiful, intimate, and memorable wedding day she could have asked for.

My wife and I have been loyal customers of Cork Wine & Tapas for the past 4–5 years. It has been our go-to date night spot, and we’ve always loved it because the food was consistently exceptional. The calamari, scallops, and parmesan truffle fries were some of the best anywhere, and Cork stood out because everything on the menu was always high quality.
Unfortunately, our most recent visit was disappointing. The calamari appetizer had far less calamari than usual and was mostly onions and banana peppers. The parmesan truffle fries lacked their usual crispness and truffle flavor, and the cheese didn’t seem to be the same quality as before. The scallops, which were once large, impressive sea scallops, were much smaller and didn’t have the same freshness or impact.
The Philly steak egg rolls were still very good, and the service remained friendly and professional.
I understand rising costs affect everyone, and I would honestly prefer higher prices over reduced quality or portions. Cork has been a special place for us for years, and I truly hope this was just a temporary issue. It would be great to see the consistency and quality that made Cork one of the best restaurants in the area return.
I am still going to give 3 stars despite my recent disappointment, because I have unfortunately failed for years to post a 5 star review when I should have, while it was consistently great over that time period.

We hosted our wedding after party on the second floor of Cork and it was such a great time! The staff was so incredible to work with, had everything curated better than we could imagine, and it was such an incredible atmosphere. The drinks were amazing, the passed appetizers and stations were so yummy, and the staff was so helpful with anything we could have needed. The were great with planning the event, set up, clean up, and everything in between. We were so grateful to have such a great staff and event space to celebrate such a special day! We would recommend renting the event space for any special celebration!

For our main courses, my wife opted for the Tommy Oliver Burger, which was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. She paired it with the regular fries, perfectly golden and seasoned to perfection.
As for me, I savored the Mushroom Swiss Burger with a side of Truffle fries, which were nothing short of exceptional.
My burger, without a doubt, ranks among the top 10 burgers I’ve ever had – juicy, scrumptious, and a true masterpiece of beef.

We had our Company party at Cork, and I highly recommend! Molly was so helpful with the coordination leading up to the event, and the staff were wonderful the day of. The food, drinks and atmosphere was perfect for our group. We loved the outdoor area with the heaters. We will definitely be back!

Very disappointing experience. Came here for New Years dinner with friends and our drinks were incorrect, I was brought the wrong food originally, as we began ordering the waitress told us the multiple items on the menu that were unavailable, and the food was extremely subpar. The menu is confusing, as they advertise themselves as a tapas bar, the small plates menu is very limited and priced as if they were entrees. The chimichurri mussels were not terrible. Consider this a higher end Applebee’s. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be returning.

Tried Cork Wine and Tapas for the first time in a long time. Not sure why I waited so long. Everything was excellent and I would argue that they offer up some of the best appetizers in the area. The Calamari was excellent. Well seasoned, crunchy and not rubbery or over cooked. Philly cheese steak rolls were good, came with a good dipping sauce. The truffle fries with garlic aioli were great. The landsliders were really, really good as well. Wife got a expresso martini which was good as well. Looking forward to a return trip.
