First of all let me say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the building which is a major plus. Great customer service is so hard to find these days. Kaden who is the absolute best helped me with issues I was having on the app and website which sucked but no worries because his customer service and willingness to help made the situation 10x better. That means a lot to us customers. He kept a smile on his face the entire time which is also rare (some people show it all over their face that they don’t want to be at work but not him). I will continue to be a customer at this location. Food was hot and fresh. Kaden you are the best sir, keep up the great job!!! Blessings to you!

The service was absolutely terrible. I had my 10 month old in the car so I went through the drive thru. I should’ve realized it was going to be bad when the car in front of me left without getting their food. My baby hates being taken out of her car seat and then immediately put back in, so I waited for 8 minutes in the drive thru, even went around four different times to trigger the doorbell and even rolled down the window and knocked hardly on the drive thru window to try to get an employees attention. There were two employees that I saw and they walked by the window multiple times while I was waiting and never came to the window. I even tried calling them and it just went to voicemail. I finally gave up when my baby was crying hysterically and went inside. If I hadn’t already paid for the food, I would’ve just left. Even when I went inside, there were two customers waiting inside for an employee to come to the front. I’m surprised this store has 3 stars on Google if this is the kind of service they provide. With their prices going up, they don’t even have the benefit of cheap pizza anymore so no wonder people go to other places. Looks like that’s going to be me now too cause this service was just pathetic.

Yesterday myself and my toddler stopped in real quick to grab a hot-n-ready after a play session at Catch-air. Upon entering there was no one at the counter and no pizzas hot nor ready. We were greeted very quickly by an employee that we had walked past, outside taking a break, on our way in. He took our order and assured us the pizza would be done asap. Less than 10 minutes later we had our hot-n-ready in hand and headed home.
When I tell you this was the best pepperoni pizza I have ever had from a Little Caesars, I am NOT lying! I am a serious Little Caesars hater and I ate 3 pieces, my husband ate multiple pieces, my food picky toddler ate AN ENTIRE PIECE + half of a second piece!! Then when my teenager got home from school she reheated the last piece and exclaimed, “This is the best pizza I ever had from there!” And she was sad there wasn’t more left. We were very pleasantly surprised by our little impulse buy pizza.
I do think they need to run a mop around the front of the store and wipe some stuff down, but besides that the pizza was fire.

I don’t understand what is happening for everyone else when they come here cause I have never had a bad experience or bad food. I’ve had to wait before, but that’s completely fine cause they were making my pizza fresh and they had other orders in front of me.

I didn’t want to leave a review, but since I’ve called twice to speak with management and received an error and been disconnected both times, I feel I have no choice. I ordered a Detroit-style veggie pizza with sausage last night, and when I received the pizza, I took it to the car, only to find that it had no sausage on it. There was also an off-putting smell to the vegetables that I couldn’t put my finger on. I took it back in and informed the cashier that there were no sausages on the pizza, and he took it back to the cook to have them add it.
I want to say I don’t blame the kid who took my order. He was very kind, and I knew he was new at his job. I wasn’t there to berate or belittle him. I took the pizza home, and when I opened the box, the smell hit me again. Something is off with these vegetables. I saw that it had black olives on it and figured that had to be the smell I’m smelling. It was very strong and overwhelming. I picked off the black olives, but even after a couple of bites, I wasn’t feeling well. I called this morning to inform them that they need to check out their vegetables because I believe they’ve gone bad, but when I call, I’m getting disconnected.
Update: I had to go past the restaurant on my way to pick up my dog from the groomer, so I stopped in. I spoke with the manager, who was very friendly, and she offered to make me another pizza. I appreciate her helpfulness and willingness to make things right. The new pizza was delicious, and I’m grateful she took the time to hear me out.

Pizza is too soggy to handle from grease each time we order.

We’ve ordered a custom pizza several times with meat on one half and veggies on the other half and they’ve consistently included meat on both halves. This is a problem for a vegetarian…

Will be finding another location to use at this point

Worst customer service: order on the phone got here in 10 min. No one helped and when a skinny kid came out he said it’s still in the oven. Wait 10 mins and I see home now just prepping the pizza and putting it in the oven. Been waiting over an hour already. Still no pizza. DO NOT COME HERE!!

I made a delivery order on the little Caesars app and didn’t notice it wasn’t the Hamilton Mill store until after I submitted my order. I instantly regretted because I’ve had bad experiences with the Dacula store in the past, but this time was so ridiculous that I had to post. I hope this store gets closed down due to the lack of quality and service to its customers.

I’ve decided to post a review here since emailing the company does nothing. We live close to this location, so it’s convenient for us, which is why we had continued to order. The last two times I’ve ordered there have been issues with the quality of the food, as well as the temperature Of it.
No response from anyone at Little Caesars! I emailed the corporate office!

This time they apparently gave our original order away, so they had to remake it., Which meant we had to wait. I ordered, and my husband went to pick up. I ordered a Detroit style meat, lovers pizza.
When we got home, it was cold, it looked like it had barely been cooked because the dough was gooey. It was the smallest Detroit style pizza I had ever seen, it had mostly mushrooms on it. not a lot of meat, and almost no vegetables, other than the mushrooms.
This owner (it’s a franchise),must have low standards for employment. No one in there seemed to care.
Unfortunately, after all these years, we will no longer order from them and I’m discouraging anyone else that’s thinking about ordering from them, to reconsider and go somewhere else.
When a customer complains to the main corporation and receives no communication back, you know that no one cares about the quality of the brand!

Never had a problem really until now. The pizza has always been mediocre but at low prices. Today was the last day I will ever go there. The pizza was DISGUSTING to the point we didn’t eat it. It was wet. Floppy. Slimey.
