We took our mom here today. She loves Arby’s roast beef sandwiches. We all had crinkle cut fries, turkey sandwiches, a roast beef sandwich, a Reese’s cookie, and two apple turnovers. Everything was great with the exception of the peanut butter cookies. They were really dry and crumbly. The service was great! The restroom was very clean. We really enjoyed our visit here! The Apple turnovers tasted great. They were heated. All of the food was hot and fresh. The three pepper sauce is great to dip your fries in.
06/07/2025- I returned here today to get my mom one of her favorites, the roast beef combo. I asked the manager today if they could chop the meat up real small for my mom so she can eat it more easily. They quickly said they would be glad to. Mom and I definitely appreciate it! Another great day at Arby’s in Oxford.

First negative experience while eating from here. Normally food is great, meat sliced thin, fries hot. Pictured is an example of the cooks not maintaining proper cleanliness of their areas. the black spots you see dotted around the burger are sautéed onions. Cook running the kitchen also gave the wrong fries with the order. I received crinkle fries instead of curly fries and the receipt reflected my curly fry request.

As usual, I was in a hurry for lunch. Noticed the drive-through was a little backed up and a few people waiting in the lobby. Almost left, but didn’t. But I did notice that someone had placed a pretty large order in the drive-through and they were working hard to get everyone’s orders out. All employees were very upbeat and all in all I really didn’t have to wait that long. Maybe a little bit longer than normal. What struck me the most is I heard the manager shout out to his team what a great job they did in handling the situation. They did, no complaints, no bad attitude, just did what had to be done.

The food here was cold and it was like it had been sitting under the heat lamps, the fries were NOT fresh and the roast beef was skimpy they put on them and was cold also!! We were the only people there at the time, so they were not busy at all I don’t know what their problem is, the last time we went there and got the biggestest roast beefs they have we had to go back and have them make them again for us because the roast beef was old and very cold and for those prices it should not have been!!!!

This use to be my favorite place to eat in Oxford, until I ordered my favorite sandwich there a few weeks ago. As I was eating my sandwich, I came upon a large piece of plastic in my sandwich. Luckily I didn’t eat the plastic, but just think if this was a small child or an older adult who has gotten this sandwich, the situation may have turned out differently.

Ate here yesterday and am currently suffering from From food poisoning. Contacted them to let them know so they could check there beef temperatures and was mocked by employee on phone. Hope this establishment goes out of business. Do not eat here.

French dip, motz sticks, curly fries, all delish. Be sure to keep the bag with the French dip upright, or you’ll end up with French dipped pants. LOVE Arby’s.
