First thing i witnessed was no gloves,not even the manager not good. a lot of playing around in the kitchen girls coughing over food. This is unacceptable i spoke to the manager and he did nothing manger was in the black in pictures. they seem to take people” s food like a joke. girl sucking on lollipop like it ok. They dont take there job seriously. Maybe its time for undercover boss in here. Not on of them washed ther hands.they need help like a food inspector.

I took my 13 and 16 year old for the 1st (and last) time. The only thing they do is Chicken. It really shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get my order. I ordered at the counter, nothing complicated. Just ordering took 5 minutes because the girl working the counter was gabbing with a customer then walked into the back. Everyone was in the back, clowning around, talking, laughing, everything but working.
After ordering, I watched 3 other customers come in, order at the counter, and receive their order before us. At 25-30 minutes, I caught the eye of the girl I had ordered from and she acted like she never saw me before. She had a blank look, walked to the back, returned a minute or 2 later and announced they are working on it and it would be a few more minutes.
By a few she apparently meant 10-15 more.
The wings just weren’t that good, and certainly not worth the wait or watching the “workers” that looked more like toddlers at recess. Food handling was abysmal and the store in general felt unkempt and barely prepared for customers. I would certainly NEVER want the girls/women in my life to go there at night alone.

I love the food. Never had a problem.
However, when you walk in, there is no greeting. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you. I had to literally yell to get someone’s attention so I could pick my order up. No “Hello! How are you?” Nothing. Where the drinks are located is messy. The tops to the cups are spilled on the counter, ice everywhere and beverages spilled on there as well.
The service really needs to be fixed. As a consumer if I’m spending my money, I don’t want to be treated as if I’m bothering you to pick up my food.

Long story short.. Our Door Dasher stole our food. I called and spoke with the manager Jayla. She made the food fresh and personally delivered it to us!! I’ve orderd a few times but she made us a devoted customer. She took the time to listen and help with our issue. I love that she personally delivered it, she didn;’t have to do all that BUT we appreciated it very much. She was so kind and genuine. Thank you, Jayla!!

The wings have gotten alot smaller. Still taste good but definitely not like they used to. Cleaning is obviously not on the daily to do list. And it felt like our family was at a club with the music in the back blaring over the one in the dinning room people dancing and singing. Has gone way down. But I think it’s the cleaning part that is the worst.

Placed order online at 5:04 p.m. Order stated that it would be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. I arrived at 5:36 p.m. I wanted to give them ample time to get the order finished. They advised me that the order was not ready yet . I stood waiting for about 20 minutes and then overheard the people grumbling and two people stating they had been there over an hour. This was at approximately 5:50. I continued to wait. At 6:00 a woman who appeared to be the manager asked if anybody had been there an hour. Three people said they had and I advised I was almost up to an hour. She got our names and told the crew to start getting them ready quickly for the four of us. She then told the crew at the counter to stop taking phone orders or walk up orders. Several people came in and attempted to place an order but were turned away. Over the next 10 minutes the three of them got their food. At about 6:15 the manager asked my name again. I gave my full name as it appeared on my order on my phone. She then went into the back where they were making the food. She spoke to several of them. At about 6:23 she looked at me and then told the girl at the counter that my order needed to be the next one prepared. She yelled at me and said what was your last name? I gave it to her. Several people then picked up their orders but at 6:36 they called my first name and last initial. So my last name was not on the order system at the store. My order took an hour and 32 minutes to prepare.
The people there were extremely busy and working as fast as they could. It was total chaos though. I realize they have only been open for 3 or 4 weeks but I thought it would have calmed down a little bit but now. Apparently the online ordering gives you a time but it is not realistic compared to what is actually going on at the store.
The food was good.
I’m going to wait a while before I go back. They need to get settled in. They were doing their best though.

Amazing food. Drove all the way from Salisbury for a 20pc, and well worth it. Great service as soon as I came in- food was ready , employees were polite, and restrooms were clean. Can’t ask for a better deal. Keep up the great work management

0/10 I would not recommend this place. They messed up my order countless times and I’ve finally learned my lesson to stop ordering from here after tonight. A hair was stuck to my container, the drinks were wrong, sandwich missing the pickle but gave double the corn (did that one other time as well.) All times it was ordered through DD and they should have asked the driver to confirm any substitutions if they were out of things.
To me, they just seem outright careless considering my order has been wrong 4 out of 5 times. One time they gave 1 of the 2 items I ordered. How do you miss half of the order?! Don’t order from here, or physically go in and double check they gave you everything and it’s correct!!

This place is better than wings to go, but still not the best wings I’ve had. Unfortunately, if you place an order for multiple wings and multiple sauces on your wing, they may combine all of the flavors into one package. They don’t mark what is what, so you have to kind of taste things to figure out what you’re eating. It would be very helpful for them to mark what wings are what flavor.
Service was nice and the lady at the front was very pleasant. Overall speed wasn’t great, but they did look like they were a little bit busy.

Stopped In WingStop Today Since I Was In Dover.. Got The Lemon Pepper Wings And The Spicy Korean Wings, Corn, And Fries.. Everything Was REALLY Good!! Especially That Corn! Had A Lil Issue But The Cashier Fixed The Issue So HUGE Shout Out To Her For Being On It!
