I have visited this shop a minimum of 12 times. Out of the many visits, I have not ONCE been greeted. I have said countless times, I would no longer come here for coffee. Weeks would pass, and I would still break my word and go. Today was truly my LAST visit.
It cost NOTHING to speak, smile, or warmly greet to your customerS. At this point, I am forced to believe the cold and lack of desire to serve demor is intentional. I can no longer excuse the lack of quality customer service as poor personalities (of the owner and her helper).
I strongly believe you could get better service from ANY McDonald’s. They will at least answer your questions, if you attempt to casually lighten their bad mood with a simple lines like, “how are you? ” They will likely also respond with “you’re welcome and you too”, if a customer says “thank you, have a great day. ” I’m sorry, but I have Never experienced basic customer service (gentle smile, warm greeting, value, gratitude at departure) at this coffee shop. If just these basic things would be implemented from the owner down, I would recommend this coffee shop. Until then, I will travel and encourage those of my nature to do likewise if they want service to match quality…..

Listen.. if you want a good pep in your step and a good glide in your slide! go get you a coffee of any kind. It’s made with love and ambition. The ladies are always kind and gentle hearted. They want you to have a good day. And get a baked good! A cookie, a muffin, a strudel! A well deserved breakfast for God giving morning! They do what they love so you can love what they do!

Ahh!!! I love this coffee shop and the people who work here! I came through one day after being up all night with a baby, my husband was at the hospital with his Dad, my toddler was going crazy. I told her I needed something with enough sugar to give me diabetes and enough caffeine to kill a horse.

I’ve been a regular ever since. It’s also refreshing to just pull up and they already know my order, they’re all SO sweet! My kids love the strawberries and cream frappe! They make them so pretty, too

This is great coffee and lattes. These young ladies are really good. And they are always accurate when fixing your drinks, I recommend this espresso bar for your morning pick me up happy drink.Thank you, girls. You make my day every day.

Their medium is around 7 dollars, it would be a small anywhere else (banana for scale) and they don’t fill it up if you request no ice. Coffee is good, but not worth the price.

This was my first time here, we ordered a 16oz “Island Breeze” smoothie for my 10yo son, and a 24oz “Grinch” frappe for me. My total was just shy of $14. After tipping, I spent $15. The smoothie was decent, a mix of tropical flavors and my kid seemed to be satisfied with it. The frappe was blended well, but the flavors were lacking. “Grinch” is a combination of pistachio and white chocolate flavors, neither of which were discernible. If they did use those two flavors, they used minuscule amounts. The biggest disappointment and the biggest reason for the 3 stars, however, is that I asked for a punch card and only received one “punch” despite spending $15 for two drinks. I was told you can only receive one punch per car, per visit. I had never encountered that before… most places that give you a punch card offer one punch per drink ordered. If I’m out here splurging on coffee and smoothies from your business in this economy, you can “splurge” on giving me a free coffee for every 10 drinks I order.
Unfortunately, the drinks and service didn’t blow us away enough to make us want to come back, but I do wish your establishment the best of blessings. Just maybe consider not being so cheap in the future when it comes to the punch cards. It would definitely show a little more appreciation to your customers. And it probably would’ve even been the factor that made me come back and give your coffee another shot.

I tried their Cold Brew, and what I can say? You can’t go wrong with this, and the texture is nice as well the flavor. I also got a banana bread and is good, very soft, and tasty. I said new coffee shop, I need to give it a try, and you should give it a try too. The staff member was very nice, giving recommendations, and she was friendly too. Definitely coming back to this place.

The coffee was amazing!! It was actually strong !! I went to the bougie coffee place and got an Americano and it did not taste like coffee what’s so ever. So I came to the espresso bar the service was really good and so was the coffee and food!
