Ordered online store pickup, arrived a few minutes early, food was brought up and I paid and took to my partner, upon opening the brownies the first time they were burnt on the edge but nearly raw in the middle, returned and they offered to remake and agreed to the redo…
Waited and when the new ones came out they were burnt all over (see photos below) went back in to return again, The supposed manager was immediately defensive saying you cooked them two different ways and was unwilling to hear anything. So my partner was quietly looking for the corporate email out of the way of the counter, per employee instructions, My partner looked up and suddenly the manager was there agitated and wary said here’s your refund and told her to leave the restaurant, she had been polite, so this was completely out of line.
About five steps after she came out of Domino’s a different manager came up to us kind of apologizing , but being weird and it soon turned into he makes them all the same, and insinuating it was our problem, it appears to be an issue with machinery and/or cook time or heat being wrong
He said something along the lines that he cooked at one way and then he cooked it another I think possibly alluding to the fact that it came out raw and it came out burnt… Honestly that’s all irrelevant the food wasn’t cooked right and that’s all we were trying to get to the bottom of and they got rather defensive and weird and kicking a woman out who is quietly standing out of the way following staff direction and then stalking out after her right on her heals when she leaves. Kinda strange how they go on the attack when improperly cooked food is addressed in a civil way.
Very irritated at this point and it really ruined the meal and our date and too much of a rare evening just the two of us, as the kids are on vacation

My opinion is they put to much sauce on their pizza and to expensive for a small 10″ pizza i will not be ordering again

While the person taking my order was pleasant and cordial, as was the delivery driver, the pizza was very sub par. Burnt, no sauce, and very minimal toppings. We are very disappointed with this, as it was fairly expensive. Won’t e ordering from Dominos again.

The last two times I’ve ordered a ranch thick crust pizza from them it’s been burnt on the edges, over cooked throughout, it crunches like a cracker. The toppings are minimal and you can only taste the sauce in portions of the pizza. Disappointing for a lunch break, gonna stop ordering downtown.

My food was waiting at the store for 30min until I called and it was suddenly out the door. Total wait time of an hour at 8:00pm on a Wednesday (I live 7min away). I used to work at dominos. I have no idea how they not only cut the pizza like this, but thought it was okay to send out. My order was expensive. This really sucks.
Edit: both pizzas were definitely sitting for a long time. The pizza pictured has absolutely no sauce on it.

Thisstore doesnt seem to be able to accomodate modified pizzas. We always get the Memphis bbq chicken pizza. Extra extra garlic and light barbecue sauce. Since we sent back the first couple they have stopped replacing our order even though we have tried to politely explain the circumstances and what we need. It seems as though they have a chip on their shoulder in regards to my account. When we ordered from my relatives account it seems they did a fairly decent job. Still every time my account places an order there’s a overabundance of sauce or literally none. One time it came with just buffalo sauce. We order a lot of food from here so it would seem they would want to make repeat customers happy. SMH
Im still working on contacting regional managers and i will update this afterwards.

Usually I don’t go Karen but the service was awful. I placed a pick up order over the phone and the lady didn’t add part of my order to her system. Which in and of itself isnt that bad but when I showed up they argued with me about it. Stating I never ordered it. I said I did and could they just add it, I told them it wasnt good customer service to argue whether a person ordered something or not and was met with more hostility. I get the downtown location probably has to deal with a lot of weird people but dont take your frustrations out on regular paying customers.

I ordered 3 large pizzas from this Dominos. A house full of guests for my daughters birthday. They arrived but were burnt. I did not discover this until my guests had dished up. I called to get replacements sent and was told they could not replace them since some of my guests had dished up. Also refused to give me a credit for them. Worst pizza ever! and worse customer service!!!
