Excellent food and excellent service. My family and I always get the all you can eat soup, salad and breadsticks. Delicious! Plus our waitress, Sarah, is always very kind and does a fantastic job! Give this girl a raise! She chatted with us for a few minutes when she had time. Very pleasant and attentive. Nice work!

I have not been here in a long time , and I was pleasantly surprised. All of our meals were tasty & the servings were large. The service was friendly and attentive and a nice atmosphere.
Lots of flavor in the pastas and I had a generous # of large shrimp in my dinner. And don’t forget dessert!

Yes, it’s Olive Garden and you go here for sub par Italian food expecting it to be filling and just ok. Its not like it’s authentic hand crafted pasta and truly homemade sauces, however this nearly new location has started showing signs of it’s sister locations around the Fox Valley. Dishes were not cleared from the table in a timely fashion, food smelled like something rotten. Dirty tables, light fixtures with cob webs, restrooms are filthy and smell like sewer backup, and not a single smile from any servers or hosts, and don’t get me started on the hand grime buildup and crumbs on the table kiosk. Yes, it’s just Olive Garden, but take some pride in your work.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo for take out and unfortunately it was very disappointing. The pasta was extremely dry and the chicken was overcooked. I’ve eaten here before and never had a bad experience, so this was surprising. I’m hoping it was just an off night because I’ve always enjoyed the food in the past.

Tried the spaghetti after work and it made for an inexpensive yet satisfying meal. Nobody to share the salad with me, so I ate it all. The Beatles weren’t kidding around… Help! Went back for the spicy marinara, and it totally delivered. It was on an AYCE deal, so got two more bowls to sample other sauces. That’s normal, right? Baby, I don’t care…

There was hardly any sauce on my spaghetti and meat sauce. And the breadsticks tasted like they were days old. Very dry. The salad hardly had any dressing on it. The “sangria” I had tasted just like some type of sugary syrup, and I’m not even sure if they put any alcohol in it. Way too expensive. I used to love the O.G., but I don’t anymore I guess. The service was really good, though. The server can’t help it that the food isn’t good.

This new Olive Garden location is quite the asset to the Fox Cities area! I was able to experience it a day before the Grand Opening via an exclusive event and was very impressed with the menu selections, friendliness of the staff, and the food quality. The entire restaurant was clean and all staff were welcoming.
Music played in the background as my husband and I ordered an appetizer. We began with the Shrimp Fritto Misto – the perfect beginning to our Italian experience. It featured a half pound of shrimp, onions and bell peppers. The trios were lightly breaded and were accompanied by a dish of marinara and spicy ranch, our favorite. Next came a bowl of OG’s classic Chicken Gnocchi soup, fresh tossed salad and hot breadsticks. These dishes alone were well-prepared and abundantly filling.
For our main courses, I selected the Tour of Italy; which came with a slice of Lasagna, a generous bed of Fettuccine Alfredo and Chicken Parmesan. The plate came to the table piping hot and the waitress hand shredded parmesan to garnish the top. My husband opted for Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, which came topped with juicy, Grilled Chicken. Both portions were extremely generous and prepared with care.
In all, the food was just as you would hope Italian food would be: hand crafted, decadent and fresh. We both left with full bellies, happy hearts, and containers of leftovers to enjoy at home. We cannot wait to return and highly recommend this location. From walking in the door, to walking out, we had a positive experience.
Special mentions: the layout is spacious and wheelchair and limited mobility friendly. Kiosks at each table include entertainment options, for a fee, and also provide a contactless method of payment.

OG is truly an OG. They must keep reinventing themselves because even the staple soup and salad options are exquisite. Fantastic menu, a variety of options for any diet. And the breadsticks never disappoint.

Food was.very good and hot. Only issue was. We ordered appetizers and our soups and salads were brought out immediately, to quick, and then before we could enjoy this the entrees were brought out, we had no room on the table
Courses need to be spaced out much more. This was our only issue, everything else was good.
