Their food is ALWAYS phenomenal. Made fresh to order, piping hot, and delicious. I always go at least once a month since they’ve opened. I met the owners when they started as a food stand for the Franklin Mineral Museum, and have made a life long customer. I just need to know who I need to talk to about putting the TNT burger permanently on the menu- that is their best burger, and whenever it comes as their burger of the month, I am there weekly.

Food was delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly, staff was super friendly, this is a typical neighborhood grill. The place was clean and had a fun atmosphere. They did have a smaller menu which is ok, you don’t want to be overwhelmed with too many choices. Parking can be a bit of a challenge though. Definitely will come back when I need a crispy chicken fix.

Finally got myself to the Quarry Grill after passing it frequently for a year or two!
Food: ended up getting a pulled pork burger which was a bit heavy, but very tasty. The smash burgers were surprisingly done well and properly seasoned, which hasn’t been a recent thing I have seen elsewhere. The coolest thing is the unique soda fountain, offering some Arnold Palmer!
Aesthetic: super nice “bbq/grill” style joint, but I loved how much space there was and their wall art paying homage to the quarry and town. Very nice touch.
Service: food came out quick and they asked how I enjoyed my food a few times, which I love to hear because it means they take pride in it.

If you are looking for a no frills casual place to eat and love a great burger and hot dog, this is it. Their fries are cut thin and are excellent! I can’t get me to call it what they do being that I am originally from the Trenton area, but their taylor brand pork roll jam is pretty amazing! I recommend buying a jar to bring home!

The food was incredible. The staff was beyond friendly and responsive. The wings, ice cream, jalapeño dog hit a warm spot in my heart. I would come again for the great energy and simple well refined menu. Props to the chef and look forward to coming again!

The best Smashburgers. I could Not stop eating. True smash burgers and their Signature “Taylor Ham Jam” is a must try. It is absolutely awesome and it goes on everything. Plenty of options form smashburgers with 2 or even 4 patties (quad) , deep fried hotdogs and French fries. All sauces are made in house and beef is locally sourced and it’s all fresh. Chicken wings and chicken nuggets, milkshakes as well. Here’s what I tried :
Rock Burger
2 smashed patties • cheese • pickles • rock sauce (burger sauce)
Quarry Burger
2 patties with our “quarry sauce” • onions • brown mustard
Sussex Smash
Fresh onion smashed into 2 smash patties • cheese • pickles • ketchup
Quarry Dog
Our “family all the way recipe” • onions • brown mustard
Slaw Dog
topped with our homemade cole slaw, quarry sauce and rock sauce
Dirty Fries- topped with Famous Taylor Ham Jam and Rock sauce
Fluff fries – sweet potato fries dusted in cinnamon sugar and topped with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and marshmallow fluff
My Only regret is not getting the Taylor Ham Jam on everything and not getting a jar of it to take home. Fast friendly service. Plenty of seating. They do special burgers and shakes all the time. I’d like to go back and try other menu items. Also newly added is 3 crispy chicken sandwiches. Which are all amazing. Original which is pickles and mayo. Sweet Heat which is a house made sauce and coleslaw. Dirty bird which has its signature house made Taylor Ham Jam. Burgers of the month are always crazy and delicious as is everything I’ve tried here.

Just left, burgers were amazing. Kids thoroughly enjoyed their chicken fingers. Wife (incredibly difficult to please) loved all the food. Fries were amazing. Entire staff was on point and wicked friendly

Listen here, I’ve finally found a Real Smash Burger and Wings spot near me. The best part is that it’s high quality and I can still pay my mortgage. Definitely get there for their amazing lunch special deal. My goal is to try everything on the menu. So far the Quarry, the Dirty Burger and the Rock burgers are 10/10. For the Wings both Sweet Heat and the Lemon Pepper were smack your mama good. The fries don’t disappoint and the banana pudding shake was rich and creamy as well as refreshing. Don’t leave without trying the Fluff Fries, you can thank me by ordering one for me. I’ll pick it up the next day. The staff were warm and welcoming and the place was clean. This was my second time and will be my weekly fix.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Quarry Grill and plan on adding it to our weekly “lunch date” rotation. The fries and cheeseburgers we had were delicious, and the portion sizes are perfect. It’s definitely well worth it.
