We set out to grab noodles tonight, but on a whim decided to check out a few of the other food carts nearby, and thank god we did. Hands down the single best decision I’ve made this week. Somehow, after living in the area for a little over a year, we had no idea this gem existed. No Google search ever pointed us here, and not a single friend, neighbor or solicitor has ever mentioned it. It’s the kind of secret you want to scream about from a mountaintop… but also selfishly keep to yourself.
We weren’t even planning on getting Indian food, we were literally waiting on our order from another truck when the owner of this cart walked over and offered us a sample of their “Loco Bowl” and the “Butter Bombs.”
BUTTER BOMBS!!!!!!!
One bite and… game over. Walked straight over, and left with not one, but two extra dinners.
The flavors? Unreal. The kindness and hospitality? Off the charts. If you live anywhere near here, there’s no excuse to sleep on this place. And if you don’t — make the trip. It’s absolutely worth it.

This is one of those hidden gems you sometimes stumble upon. GREAT food and super nice owners. I used to visit them like once a week when they were in Portland, I would drive up there from Tualatin just to grab a to-go for lunch. Now I make it a routine to stop there on the way to Hillsboro. 10/10.

I ordered the Pakora and the Samosas and they were both delightful! Spiced and savory, dipping sauces were oh so tasty.
I genuinely can’t wait to come back and try everything on the menu now I know it’s this good!

This food was so damn incredible! We aren’t usually in this neighborhood and vegan options were limited, so we gambled and I’m glad we did. They asked if we had any restrictions and made great recommendations accordingly, lots of vegan options! Generous portions and suuuper kind staff. We had the Naan Tacos and the fries and would absolutely recommend. Can’t wait to have this again!

This place is so good! Maybe the best I’ve had in Portland. I don’t usually eat butter chicken but the nice man offered me a sample and it was so good I had to have it (despite that my intention was the Mexican cart). Tons of flavor, well priced, and good portions. Really heavy on the chicken! It’s probably 3 meals for me with all that rice. And the rice was so fresh. The naan was to die for. I will definitely be back!

What a delicious treat! I’ve been looking for pani puri in the Portland area for a while, and it seems like this is the only spot to find it…
It was everything and more! Isha ( I hope I spelled her name right) was such a sweet host and made the most delicious pani puri I’ve ever tried! It was fresh, portions were perfect, the flavors were an explosion of aromatics, and the combination of the textures were so on point–crunchy puris, soft potato filling inside, and a perfectly spiced water and tamarind chutney.
Oh, and the chai was to die for…

Amazing authentic indian food, cooked by punjabi daughter mother pair. We tried papdi chaat, aloo paratha, mango lassi, vada pav, hot masala tea (chai).
Papdi chaat was best, chutney flavors combined with good quality dahi created symphony of flavors. Aloo paratha with dahi was good combo. Mango lassi was slightly thin compared to other places, I’m guessing it had milk in it, I liked it but my wife didn’t. Vada pav were perfectly cooked but it’s not exactly bombay style, stuffing of vada pav had chana daal in it, it wasn’t the deal breaker but as Mumbaikar, I prefer authentic mumbai vada pav.
Last but not least, hot tea had homemade chai flavors that reminded me of India.
I’ll strongly recommend to try this out.
