I can’t even give a star!!!! Walked in had to wait for cashier to finish up at the window. I ordered the eggnormous burrito meal with sausage and bacon, no cheese. The reason I gave this Burger King a one star is because multiple times I’ve come here for either breakfast or lunch and there can be nobody in the drive-thru are one car in the parking lot and they’re always telling you give me a minute. Twice this week when I came here for breakfast I literally waited in the morning about 5 minutes in the Drive-Thru line one of them being just myself and the other time there was one car in front of me and that person had to wait. This Burger King sucks

Went to get a bacon double cheeseburger. The lady running the microphone assumed I had a coupon and had an attitude against coupon people I guess and assumed I was one of them. I paid my $7-8 meal and got a plain single patty hamburger with onions and pickles… it was cooked ok and the drink was okay. The line was not that big, maybe 3 cars in front and a couple behind me, but they botched the order and because I was in a rush to my next appointment, I spent too much for a single patty plain burger, no cheese, second patty, or bacon…

If I could give this location a 0 I would!! Tried to give the code from the Burger King app to the person at the window tonight May 17 at 10:15 PM.That person person could not get the code that the app gave me to work so she told me to come inside and then the door is locked.
I said through the little space between the door that the person at the window told me to come inside and then the lady told me I didn’t know the door was locked l!
Absolutely incredible! Now it’s 10 more cars in line! Stay away from this place. The service is horrible!!

on 7-30-25 around 7:30 p.m
and we ordered 2 sandwiches
and a drink and ordered fries
with that. The guy put mayonnaise and we wanted mustard instead also light
mustard,pickles the sandwiches where cold but
the fries were hot because
we asked for fresh fries and
too much salt was put on the fries.my wife use to work at
this location several years
ago and she can make the
sandwiches better than the
guy they had working in the back,it took him three times
to finally get it right,it should
only one time if you look at the screen and read the order and make it right. We
probably not visit this location 1577 again.

This place just cannot get it right. All Burger Kings seem to be pretty awful anymore, but you will wait in line for 20 minutes before even being asked for your order. This is every time just about. Go to another place.

Came through the Drive- Thru and was pleasantly greeted by Phillip. I am one for a lot of modifications and he truly not only allowed me to “Have it my way” but made sure that the rest of the staff knew of any additional changes I made. The team made everything fresh to order and gave us our food with a smile. I asked for jelly of all things because I like it at times with my fries and surprisingly, Sir Phillip didn’t have an issue providing it to me and also asked what flavor I wanted and gave me both. He made this experience a great one which is not often unfortunately at fast food establishments. Thank you Sir- the family will be back again to this location for sure. Keep up the outstanding work!
