I was very unhappy this visit. Normally it’s a good visit. But today not so much. My husband and I are in here at least once a week and it might be a minute before I’m back. The “all young ladies” team working today did not have it together. First it took over 20 minutes to get our sandwiches. They got my order incorrect not once or twice but 4 times and then got an attitude with me about their mistake. I finally took the damn sandwich and just picked off what I didn’t want. No one apologized or offered for a manager to speak with me if one was even there. I hope they wouldn’t allow their team to act in this manner, it’s bad for business. Also the eating area had dirty floors and tables we had to clean our own. Not a happy customer today, not at all, not by far!

Good location. Good food, but I was disappointed at the wait time. We ordered online and paid in advance for 5:30 pickup, but they didn’t even start it until after I got there. I had to wait over 20 minutes longer. We also requested NO pickles for all 3 sandwiches ordered. But they gave them to us anyway. They put them in the box with the sandwich, and you’re bound to get the flavoring or soggy bread, whether you like it or not.

Came in at 11:08 Am. Sign on the front door said it opened at 11 AM. I was quickly told that they weren’t open and wouldn’t open till 11:30 AM. Why have a sign with hours or hours for that matter if you’re not going to go by them

I will never come back to this firehouse ever again! The staff was was extremely rude and even had the nerve to get an attitude with my wife after they messed her sandwich up four times! They also got my sandwich wrong and we waited 20 minutes to get our sandwich with only a couple people ahead of us. Also the bathroom was disgusting, it was so nasty I didn’t even want to wash my hands in the filthy sink. My wife and I deliver for walmart across the street and eat at this location about once a week, or should I say used to! Worst firehouse experience ever!

This is why I hate the whole “tip in advance” trend. Didnt have roast beef or my bread choice. No crowd but took longer than necessary and the order was wrong. Do better Firehouse, your better than this.
