It was great only issue was there was only one girl working the counter. It was fine at first but we ordered 3 sandwiches, and there were 3 people behind us waiting to order. The people that were working in the kitchen area should of stopped what they were doing and help the lady with the orders. I use to work for subway so I know how your suppose to help when busy and they never did come help her. That was my only issue!

I went there to get lunch one afternoon for me and my family, and when I walked in the two funky looking creatures behind the counter rolled their eyes at me. So I ignored it walked up to the counter with a list of sandwich’s for my family. The old lady making my sandwich looked like grabbing a load of bread was gonna end her life. The attitude that came from this woman’s mouth was insane. She was putting meat on my sandwich then her coworker who was by the vegetables asked me what kind of meat which confused me because why are you by the vegetables asking me what kind of meat I wanted. The girl putting the vegetables on my sandwich demanded the list so I handed it to her she said she couldn’t take it that was alright understand rules are rules. The girl has an attitude when her clothes looked like she had smeared mayonnaise all over her shirt. A woman behind me orders her sand which she receives the same attitude I received. I’m filling up my drink cups as the lady leaves and they start calling her a liar and bashing this woman as she’s leaving with me AND another customer in the building. The lady only wanted turkey and most cut in half. They acted like she was acting to pick the wheat for the sandwich themselves. Needless to say I won’t be coming here again, there’s a reason they’re stuck making sandwiches.dirty attitudes, clothes, and no name tags to account for. I tipped them 1$ considering that’s what they’re worth.

Came in recently and from the moment I walked in, the experience was great. The store was very clean. Renae, the store manager helped me and made some great recommendations since I was looking to experiment from my normal choice of the Philly steak and cheese. She was very friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I will definitely be stopping by next time I’m in the area.

Terrysa was amazing! I’m picky about how my sandwich is made. We ordered online and didn’t worry about my pickiness. My son went to pick up the sandwiches. Terrysa was pulling my bread out from toasting. He requested the changes that I prefer and her reply was, Of course! I’d be happy to make that change for her! Unexpected and truly appreciated!

The space was very clean and organized. I was greeted when I walked in with a warm welcome, I didn’t have to wait for service and I wasn’t too much for the staff (wanting my sandwich twice toasted) because I am particular. I’m a mail carrier and this subway is on my route. This the second week in a row I’ve walk in and this white older woman that’s employed there has had a very disgusting attitude with me for no reason. I’m telling her how to make my sub and she wants to make it her way along with a lot of lip smacking and pouting. I wouldn’t go here anymore and will tell my co workers to pass this place up. If you don’t want to work there find a better job. Definitely will not return.

I’ve been coming here for several years and today was the first time I had a terrible experience. One of the very long time employees, Terrysa, gave me a hard time today. They messed up my order and she just wanted to swap the veggies around. There is a reason I ordered our food the way we did. When I asked her to remake it new, she was basically saying no. So when I asked for a refund, she also said no. Said she couldn’t do it without her manager. Ok, can you remake them please. At this point 30 minutes had elapsed since placing the order. Food is cold at this point. She finally remakes my order, but of course with an attitude. Slamming the bread down. I still said thank you before leaving, she did not even look at me. I really tried to be polite about it at first, but it was really frustrating. Making a big deal because she is gonna take a (minor) loss in inventory. She was mad at me? Y’all messed up the order! Really sucks that this happened.
Edit: Just got home, she STILL messed up my order after remaking it.

What can I say I love this location. Always clean. Always respectful and the manager Renae is top tier. She’s very patient and always recommends great subs or add ons’ so I never get interested for a nice delicious sub. Subway pay this girl her worth she is def worth it.

I had a fantastic experience here.
Renae, the manager, was incredibly efficient and made my sandwiches perfectly. The store was spotless and well-organized, and the food looked fresh and appetizing. What really stood out was the friendly service from the warm welcome when I walked in to the thank you on my way out.
