Great experience overall. The staff was friendly, polite, and attentive while preparing the order. The environment was clean, well-maintained, and organized, which made the visit comfortable. I went to get a sub yesterday, it was fine. It was the lack of communication between the employee and myself. While he was making my sub, he had a air pod in and talking to someone. I honestly hate air pods and stuff. This world is not teaching respect or customer service anymore. I found this really disrespectful and more.

I went there for lunch today with my daughter, mother and niece. It was the absolute worst service I have ever received. The two women working had the worst customer service and attitudes. I ordered combo meals and a kids meal and the woman refused to give me what I ordered because she rang it in wrong and tried making me pay extra for the sides and drinks that I had already ordered and paid for. Besides that, they had the worst attitudes and one actually rolled her eyes as I told her my orders, the woman adding the veggies basically rushed everything I said and closed up the sandwiches before I was even done…and I only added 3 veggies, apparently that was too much for her to want to handle. The food ended up being good, but when the service is that horrible, no matter how good the food tastes or how convenient the location is, its just not worth going there again.

I rarely write bad reviews, but the service was not good. Worker put wrong kind of chicken for both my sandwiches (grilled instead of rotisserie). They weren’t cut evenly either. Threw napkins on top of sandwich. The woman who works afternoons on Fridays (not sure when else) is the one with the attitude.

Today I ordered 2 subs and 2 cookies through door dash the dasher was great and quick delivery my order consisted of 2 subs and 2 cookies I also ordered my sub with NO HOTS and they gave me a sub with hots when I call the store and was told there was nothing the man could do because it was “ after he came in” which I find highly unlikely considering my order came with in exactly 30 min from when my order was placed. Either way I will be calling the store tomorrow to get my money back very poor training and management ruined my apitite thanks subway

The new manager sucks. My last experience will be the last ever. The manager was chatting on the phone while his employee took her time coughing on my sandwich, and talking about diarrhea. There used to be a good team here, but not anymore. I guess I’ll make something when I get home.

You can count on Subway to satisfy your expectations, and the Subway in Hudson is no exception. I don’t observe them getting a lot of business, which is too bad. The current outdoor configuration of seating from T-Bones (next door) makes getting into the parking lot for Subway somewhat challenging. But it is worthwhile to stop in and pick up one of their subs.

Went in with wife today Feb 11, around 7 pm and decided to get a sandwich. Behind the counter was a younger woman dark hair. She had no issue making my sandwich but upon being asked about the pretzels which we had not seen at any other subway, the “sandwich artist” replied “tastes like a pretzel.” I subsequently died of laughter. I never in my life seen a disrespectfull subway employee. There’s truely a first for everything!

I just left there and two woman were working. One was starting the subs and the other was at the register and adding the veggies to the subs. My issue is she was taking money (cash) and going right back to the subs without changing her gloves. the person in front of me used a card but i used cash and watch her tend to the man behinds me food directly after touching money. I told him he should have her change her change her gloves before i left. I am not eating this foos seeiing where i have no idea what she had touched with those gloves and how long she had them on. usually i like subway because you can see the prep. However they clearly were not thinking and im disgusted.
