I never post about big companies like Starbucks. I actually never visit them in the city, but whenever I’m on Long Island I always come to this specific store because the people are so friendly and attentive, the place is super clean and they are FAST! I cannot say enough about the staff there. Always with a smile, and always willing to answer all my questions (I have several food allergies) If you’re on Long Island and you want good coffee made by friendly people who are quick, go there!! You’ll thank me later 😉

I always come to this Starbucks. Why did the drive through take 20 minutes today just to get to the WINDOW. The line was not as long as I know it can be at this location. Not sure the reason for moving so slow but it is becoming a consistent pattern.

Staff was friendly here on Wed 11/19 noon-1:30 ish.
Liked how there were enough tables/outlets and that the district mgr and her staff were all attentive, normal and caring. It’s not like that at a lot of places now. Will come back!

The staff is always nice. The store is spacious. The only complaint is that there’s too many kids in the store most of the day.

These employees are so rude. I just got drink basically thrown at me because I placed a mobile order for the drive thru however the drive thru line was crazy long so I went inside to get my coffee. I didn’t realize I couldn’t do that and don’t know why it’s such a big deal.

I asked for light ice in a trenta drink and they gave me double ice… It didn’t even fill up my 22oz yeti! Save your $8.00 and make coffee at home. This location is a rip off.
