So I ordered online and I understand it was like during the afterschool rush, but the thing is my food was already ready cause I went inside to pick it up because I knew that it would take a while to go through the drive-through because it was a very long line. My food is already ready on the counter, but I missed my drink and I stood there for 10 minutes while this older lady and like four other employees all kept looking at me making eye contact with me and ignoring me while I was standing there with the bag of food in hand waiting for a drink obviously, I was asking a question and they just completely ignored me. I stood there for 10 minutes at the front counter I said excuse me I tried to get their attention ignored. She said hold on just to hand me a cup. It would’ve took two seconds to hand me a cup and I could’ve left.

I wouldn’t even give them a star the manager clearly does not know how to read the tickets tried to say I didn’t pay for fries that I paid for in the drive through didn’t even leave the parking lot and my son went in with the ticket and she walked him out and didn’t even bother to read the ticket correctly definitely disappointed in her customer service the kid that took my order even showed her I paid and she refused to listen due better lady

9 out of 10 times it will be something! Messed up orders or being overcharged. Caught the night shift adding food to my order, asked for a refund & manager refused to reimburse me for what they tried stealing. I settled for taking all the food they charged me for but what an absolute waste. Had like 4 bags full of random items…. Always check your receipts here

Every time we go to McDonald’s we never get our order right
We can order 40 chicken nuggets and pay for extra dipping sauce, only to get home with none. You can request salt or ketchup and its never in the bag. Big mac sauce is just doused over your sandwich. I feel like the people who work there could care less if they ever get their job done correctly. Drinks overflowing and then you have to sit at the window until someone notices you and then they will argue with you when you ask for your drinks that you never received. I believe they need adults to run this restaurant because the service is absolutely horrible

Worst place ever! If I could give no stars I would, I ordered the chicken strips to go waited 15 min. From the time I ordered till the time I received my food. Then when I went to bite into chicken strips and some of them were RAW! When I called the store some to tell there machine was malfunctioning, or there staff incompetent some bimbo manager named Heather told me there was nothing she could do as it was the chicken company’s fault! Not the way it was prepared. And then hung up on me! But what can I expect in this small corner of hell that this place was in. Save yourself go to the Pizza Hut!

The cashier was nice but kept rushing me while placing my order, got my food, I requested for condiments & I over the manager on duty tell the employee not to put any ketchup unless I asked, but I did ask then only give me 2 ketchup packets like whoever only uses 2 packets of ketchup with a large Frie?

This place has gone to Hell in a hand basket…To much grab a**ing going on at night to get any good service. Breakfast is the only thing worth eatting. The place is always dirty and full of flies. The employee are very unprofessional. To many untrained teenagers just there for a paycheck. I use to like the fish fillet sandwich but can never get a fresh fillet now. It’s always to dry to eat and can tell it had been sitting in warmer to long but they’ll tell you it’s “Fresh”. I could go on and on but won’t. Something just needs to be done about this place soon.

Absolutely terrible they got our order wrong so many times in just one day they took our order and it was displayed on the screen only for them to take off 2 items without us saying to?? When we confronted them and said they messed up our order they continued to mess it up 3 more times before giving us our order. Had to argue with 2 people that our order was incorrect.

Slowest most run down McDonald’s I’ve been to in years. Took about 10 minutes to get to the order window and about another 15 minutes to get my order which was a very small order to begin with. The signage and look of the building looks like a McDonald’s from the 1990s. Definitely not well ran or invested in.
