We went thru the drive thru tonight. Ordering $77.48 worth of food. We were pulled up which was to be expected. We waited 10/15 minutes for our food to be walked out. The cheese wasnt melted on the burgers and they were dry even with the condiments. The chicken tenders were like chewing on a rubber. I have tried to call the establishment multiple times, only for it to go to a fax. I will definitely be taking my money elsewhere from now on. Such a waste.

My experience at this location was extremely disappointing, especially because the unprofessional behavior I witnessed involved the manager . While I was there, the manager Stacey spoke to an employee in a rude, aggressive tone and even cussed at them loudly in front of customers. I heard the employee say her name and I made a mental note of it.
The situation escalated when the employee made a smart comment back to the manager, creating an even more uncomfortable scene. What made this especially concerning is that my kids were with me and heard all of the inappropriate language. Because of the behavior and the atmosphere, I didn’t even feel comfortable staying to eat and decided to take my food to go.
Unfortunately, even after all that, the food didn’t taste good. The quality didn’t match what I expected, and the overall experience—from the environment to the meal itself—was extremely disappointing.
I left uncomfortable, frustrated, and honestly shocked that this level of behavior was happening in front of customers, especially children. I won’t be returning, and I hope upper management takes these issues seriously.

Hardee’s has a powerful impact on the competition, their food is superb! The burgers are well cooked, the savory vegetables are fresh, the chicken is nice & crispy;not burnt…. My friends, you deserve a good meal today! The establishment has magnificent management, of course, the business is sparkling clean; inside and outside. Cleanliness is vital,as it should be,in order for your family to remain nicely strong & healthy. My friends,as you know,I only give 5 star reviews, for those facilities and establishments that truly deserve it. Bathrooms have not been cleaned in over a week! Got charged for 3 items instead of two, as I paid for my buddies meal. He said he got an extra food tray. Gravy; I won’t even touch it!
